Haugesund is located between Stavanger in the south (2 hours drive) and Bergen in the north (3 hours drive). From the cabin you have fantastic views of rough, untouched nature with heather, rocks and open sea. Only 25 minutes drive to Stavanger and 8 minutes drive to Preikestolen parking. Jørpeland city center is within walking distance. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen. In the living room there are 2 sofa beds, space for 4 people. Three bedrooms with a double bed in each room. There is also a baby bed. Cozy place near Preikestolen

We have recently (2024) renovated the basement of the house where we live, and are now ready to welcome guests who want to visit this lovely town! We are a family of 5 with small children who live upstairs, so you should expect some noise from children's feet running across the floor. In return, we can offer everything you need for a pleasant stay, with comfortable beds, spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and toys/games for both children and adults. There is free parking in the carport and the option to charge an electric car.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.
