(North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. This is where Giethoorn originated, and the oldest cottages line the path. Without crowds of tourists. (They’re in Giethoorn Zuid.) Here, you can still enjoy the wonderful tranquillity and beauty of the historic village of Giethoorn. Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

On the first floor, you will find the bathroom and the bedroom with two single box springs. Outside on your own terrace, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
Our cottage is within walking distance of the beautiful IJssel. The old town of Zwolle can be reached in fifteen minutes by bike.

In our studio, you surround yourself with comfort and a homely atmosphere. The studio has a kitchen, toilet and shower. Located on the outskirts of Zwolle, yet still a short distance from the city centre. The studio is easily accessible via a private entrance. You can cycle or drive to the lively centre of Zwolle in about 15 minutes. Stadshagen train station is just a 9-minute walk away, with direct train connections to Zwolle Centraal (4 min) and Kampen (7 min).
