Villa Taipaleranta - a new beach house

Welcome to our lakeside sauna house for your stay!  We are renting out our 36 m² beach house, which we built on the beach. The beach house is located in Juva, in a beautiful setting on the shores of a lake. 7 km to Juva ABC station, 3.5 km to Juva town centre. In the beach house, you can enjoy the soothing steam of the sauna while admiring the view of the lake. The beach is shallow, partly sandy and in its natural state, but you can go for a swim straight from the sauna! Cook in a modern kitchen & enjoy the Finnish summer on the terrace of the beach house 💚

Pihlaja-aho alpaca trips

Creaking wooden floors, wood-heated fireplaces and sturdy log walls. In the over 100-year-old Pihlaja-aho cottage, you might think you've fallen into the middle of a scene from a Suomi-Film movie. So if you're looking for an old-fashioned rustic atmosphere, you've come to the right place. Pihlaja-aho's cabin is the only place in Finland where you can spend a unique alpaca holiday. The 1.3 ha of natural meadows of the croft are grazed by three nice alpaca boys, whose easy care you are responsible for independently and according to your own schedule.

Kaislan Tila

Kaislan Tila is located in the countryside, 22km north of Mikkeli. We live in the main building of the farm and there is a 65m2 separate apartment in the yard. The farm has animals and is surrounded by thousands of lakes in Eastern Finland and forest areas rich in natural resources. The nearby lake offers recreational opportunities, fishing, swimming, boating, etc. In the woods, you can ski, pick berries, pick mushrooms and just enjoy the peace and quiet. In winter, you can go snowshoeing, skiing and skating, weather permitting.

The other side of the semi-detached house, completely renovated, apartment size 50 square meters, as well as a wood-heated sauna. The customer has access to a large terrace and an outdoor grill The apartment is located along road no. 5. From there, it is about 6 km to the destination. (at the JARI-PEKKA service station). Distances: Varkaus 20 km, Kuopio 90 km, Mikkeli 85 km, Savonlinna 90 km Bicycles and helmets are available if needed. Swimming beach 3 km The apartment's kitchen has the basic cooking utensils.

Peace and harmony at Pikkumökki-cottage

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa Rautjärvi

This beautiful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north of Mikkeli. Built in 2014, it invites you to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of Finnish nature. The cabin is stylishly decorated with high-quality natural materials and offers a modern open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with separable double beds (160 × 200 cm), a loft with a king-size bed, a bathroom, sauna, separate toilet, and a terrace. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included.

There is a lakeside cottage with a bathroom and sauna. The cottage has a loft (2 beds). There is also a separate cabin by the lake with convertible sofa for 2 persons. Walking distance from the village, a rowing boat (during summer period) and barbecue available. Sauna bath is included.

Welcome! Our cottage and barbecue-place by the house, only 12 km from Mikkeli, with wifi, water and electricity for your use. Very shallow child-friendly sand beach right next to the cottage, where you can go fishing, canoeing, swimming or sup-boarding.
