Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

In the heart of Djursland, the prairie wagon with high ceilings and great views. Here is quiet and peaceful surroundings with forest and half an hour to three coasts as well as beautiful Molsbjerge etc. The prairie wagon contains everything a normal home contains, just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and a wilderness bath (purchased) in addition to an evening by the 🔥fire. Welcome to "Ny Sjørupgaard" Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. Central because you are in nature and silence, and yet close to facilities you need as a tourist in Denmark. We have a forest that can be used, where there is a shelter that you can also sleep in. The horses walk right around the house, and the chickens also (sometimes) walk freely around. When you have been on a trip during the day, there is time and peace to process the impressions. So hug a tree, throw away your shoes, and relax with us.

Close to Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake and animal park

We love having guests and have tried to create a nice and functional starting point for a nice stay in beautiful Djursland. There is not much luxury here, nor is there much space, but it is cozy and decent - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many glories. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and animal park almost in the backyard. Nice dogs are welcome (Note: stairs to the first floor). We have two nice dogs ourselves. Light and air flow in from the roof windows, and from every window you can enjoy the view of the sky and the surrounding trees. Strandgården - an oasis on Djursland

About 8 km from Grenå in beautiful surroundings you drive up Linde Alléen and are greeted by various animals. Through the gate you enter a closed courtyard with paradise apple trees and maybe a couple of peacocks. It is about 1000m to Karlby and Sangstrup cliffs and the sea, where there is a cozy and atmospheric little fishing village with tables and barbecue space. It's an excellent fishing and diving area.
