Take it easy in this unique and relaxing space. Casa Marù is a small accommodation suitable for two or three people looking for tranquility and nature. It is located in a small Abruzzo village that is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The accommodation's characteristic feature is the Majella stone construction, which makes the house cool in summer. Parking (not for a fee) is located near the property. Also ideal for those who want to go to the beach (reachable in about 30 minutes).

Old 1800's rural house completely renovated with all comforts located in the outskirts of a small village in the Abruzzo pre-Apennines. 30 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast, 40 minutes from Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains (+2000 mt) and 2 hours by car from Rome. The house is equipped with a wooden deck of 20 m² facing south with views of the valley and the surrounding woods, suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches, yoga, meditation in complete tranquility and privacy.

You will be staying in a private apartment with your own kitchen, bathroom and private entrance on the ground floor of the house. Monica is your host and I live at the first floor of the house. Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

The entire property, that sits on 6 hectares of land, is completely private and for the exclusive use of guests. The outdoor space comes complete with a wood burning hot tub and swimming pool. The house is a 35 minute drive from Pescara Airport and 1 hour and 45 mins away from Rome.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

You can stay in a delightful penthouse on the second floor of a 1970s building. The environment is well-kept and comfortable with independent entrance. A quiet, welcoming corner to make your stay more pleasant and intimate. Its location in Chieti Scalo is very central: about 1.5 km from the SS Polyclinic. Annunziata and D'Annunzio University.
