Loučovice can serve as a great starting point for your trips. It is, however, not village you would visit per se (industrial heritage). Great for outdoor and nature lovers, not for people looking for restaurants or night life. Libuše is a small studio with a double bed. It accommodates 1 additional guest on the sofa bed. It has a small kitchen: - an oven - a dishwasher - an cooker with a ceramic hob - an electric boil kettle - a coffee machine - a fridge No microwave and no washing machine

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight.
