The house is located in the Lucchese countryside, in the Carignano area, in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, but at the same time close to the city center and all services. The old farmhouse has been divided into eight individual apartments, each with its own exclusive garden, as well as a large common park with a swimming pool shared with the guests of the other apartments. Being in the countryside, the access road is very characteristic but narrow and unpaved (suitable for any type of vehicle).

Charm, romance and nature await you in the church of the Canonica del Molino di Valiano. This is a 15th-century church that was deconsecrated and subsequently renovated by the hand of a famous Sienese architect. The church, now used as a unique residence, is spread over two floors: on the ground floor is the entrance with a living area and kitchen, while on the upper floor the bedroom and bathroom are housed in the rock. In the pantry you will find oil, pasta, tea, cereals, herbal teas, coffee, etc.
