  • Mary had a nice, clean spot for a good place to rest. I was in town only for the night as I was taking a speciality test in Concord at a Prometric center. Only 10 minutes from the testing site. It was a good spot to get to bed early, take a warm shower in the morning, and have a cup of coffee. She had a nice selection of Keurigs and a refrigerator to keep food in overnight.

  • Mary is the best Air BnB host I’ve ever had. She bends over backwards to accommodate any and all of your needs. The room I had was quaint, cozy, and clean - exactly as it was advertised online. • Mary's place is great especially for students. It's close enough to downtown and the highway so you're not traveling way out of the way to get there. She has a nice common room upstairs with a mini fridge and coffee maker. The bed was quite comfortable and the shower has good water pressure. Overall a nice and affordable place to stay!

The toddler bed was perfect for our 4 y.o. as well as some toy available in the suite. There is a couch that was very comfortable to relax after a busy day. We appreciated thoughtful items for our use during our stay. The communication for the check-in was very clear and timely.

Try the tiny life! Adorable tiny home on wheels, built on a 22’ trailer. Nestled in Hill, NH, but with so much to do...We are 8 miles from Ragged Mountain Ski Resort, 26 miles from White Mountain National Forest, and just a few feet away from snowmobile trails that extend all the way into Canada. Please visit our website littlehouseintheboro to learn more.
The tiny house is parked near our barn, off a quiet dirt road in Hill, NH. It includes a kitchen with the basics, a small bathroom with shower and rv-style toilet, a queen bed in the loft, and a twin bed on the main floor. We rarely use AC, but there is a window unit and also an electric fireplace for cool evenings. We haven’t yet figured out how to get cable and WiFi down to the tiny house. The TV has a DVD player and HDMI port. Depending on what cell service you have, reception may or may not be good. That being said, the outdoors is why most people visit, so we hope you won’t miss the technology.
The beauty of central NH is beyond compare. Lakes, rivers, mountains, forests... We really have it all!
  • Beautiful, quiet property. Gorgeous tiny house and excellent hosts. Far enough away, but close enough if you want a nice dinner or drinks...Amenities are great - a nice little surprise! We had a great time and will be recommending the tiny house to our friends!

    Kammie2019-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • Barbara’s Tony house was an absolute perfect little getaway. It was very spacious even for being a tiny house. It had great amenities. Highly recommend anyone who wants to experience a tiny house this is the one to try out !

    Anthony2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • I had a blast living the tiny life! Barb provided everything you could imagine to make it a home away from home. If you’re new to the area, there’s a binder with plenty of restaurant suggestions to check out. It’s located in a beautiful, peaceful area and I’ll surely be coming back.

    Katherine2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • First experience with a tiny home and it was more than needed. The beds were so comfortable and the amenities are plenty! The host was very thoughtful and intentional with communication and recommendations, which we really appreciated. *We strongly suggest following the written out directions even though they seem cumbersome instead of putting address in GPS. For us, the GPS kept taking us through the literal forest, not a real road.* Lovely spot to stay in especially in the fall!!

    Amrith2019-10-12T00:00:00Z
  • Barbara is a great host. I arrived to find a plant gracing the reception table and a bowl of fresh fruit. So very welcoming. She checked in to be sure I didn’t need anything or have any questions. The fall scenery was magnificent.

COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS: No extra people come and go from the property, and your space is TOTALLY DISINFECTED (all bedding included) between Airbnb guests. Feel free to message with any questions. I look forward to welcoming you! Your 'trainer's suite' is a totally private room and connected full bath. Twin beds have comfy mattresses, "My Pillows", and soft, upscale linens. Coffee/tea always available. I am happy to arrange tours of the Miniature Horse barn and paddocks. Bring your camera!
The Trainer’s Suite, encompassing a bedroom and full bath, is on the private 2nd floor off of an interior walkway overlooking the open concept living areas of the house. The bedroom has comfy twin beds and room enough to plunk a child on an air mattress on the floor. The full bath, complete with skylight, is yours and yours alone. The suite is decorated with pictures, ribbons, and trophies from 55 years of equine events.
We are in a lovely, wooded residential area, where our 10 acres and 20 Miniature Horses are well hidden from the road. Summers are pleasant due to the tree canopy and location on a hill; autumns are spectacular; winters are……..well, winter, but the Town of Bow is topnotch with road care. The property is located on one of the many area deer paths, and depending on the season, you are very likely to see the wild turkeys that also use the path, and even an occasional moose or bear.
  • Cindy is a wonderful host, and the space is very cozy — clean, warm, and comfortable. Cindy was happy to let us spend some time with the horses. We’d absolutely go back. It was a truly relaxing, exceptionally pleasant stay. Thanks so much, Cindy.

  • There is a saying my husband and I use when we feel we are at an exceptional place. “Comfy,Cozy and Content “. That is what I felt at Cindy’s home. I had a great nights sleep on a very comfortable bed with an excellent pillow and sheets. Nice hot shower in the morning with great towels. I wish I had had time to have coffee in the morning that she supplies but this was a quick overnight due to a snowstorm. And she also had me park under cover so I did not have to clean my car before going to work ! Much appreciated !

  • So cute, had so much fun staying here!

    Julie2020-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • This is a lovely, cozy place, with the smell of the woods and fresh hay. Spotlessly clean, thoughtful communication. I recommend this place highly.

    Bas2020-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • A special place with a fabulous host...and miniature horses to boot! Everything from start to finish was a pleasure. Cindy is a clear, timely, humorous communicator. The bedroom/bathroom suite was perfect--clean, comfortable, quiet, and warm (we were there on a cold snowy winter night). We were treated to some quality time with her incredible miniature horses, which we had requested in advance (highly recommend!). She pointed us in the right direction about local restaurants and driving conditions. She went out of her way to allow us an especially early checkout time of 3:30 a.m. and thought of everything we would need for that special exit time in advance. Unless you don't like dogs (she has two sweet rescue dogs who sometimes bark briefly around strangers--but they are otherwise quiet and she is very careful to keep them away from the guest area and guest's belongings ), you will be very glad you stayed here. Cindy could not have been more helpful or gracious.

    Suzi2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • Cindy has the kindest heart and it will be an amazing stay!

    Stina2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • Cindy is a welcoming host and her home is in a peaceful setting about 10 minutes from downtown Concord. The 2nd floor bedroom is basic with 2 separate twin beds, a closet and a dresser and the adjoining bath is large. No TV, easy chair or desk but very clean and cozy. High speed WiFi is offered. Fresh coffee and her famous pumpkin bread are a nice touch in the morning.

  • This was our first time renting an AirBnB, and it could not have been any better! From the moment we stepped through the doorway and were greeted with banana bread, fruit, candy, and the subtle scent of wood smoke, we knew we hit the jackpot! Our hosts were close enough to respond super quickly to a very small issue, yet we had the quiet privacy of a mountain top retreat! The house was immaculate and so very warm and welcoming! The kitchen was divine! I cooked more here than I do at home!! We were able to get the R&R we were craving, yet also were close enough to many amenities if we so chose! We we definitely be visiting Timothy House again! PS...Our grandchildren loved the videos we sent them of us playing the piano!!

  • The Timothy house is a beautiful and you can tell how much love, care and pride of ownership went into the space! There was banana bread waiting for us when we arrived and it was delicious. It was an absolutely perfect place for us to host our annual writing retreat, quiet and set back from everything but still close enough to town that we could get everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

  • Clean, home like environment, beautiful open kitchen and open floor plan, comfy couches and chairs, and quiet setting for a great night's sleep! Close to lots of shops and lots in reach for day trips to MA, VT, ME, or further up in NH. Dave and Cathy are prompt, helpful, and friendy in their responses. Timothy House is a perfect blend of quiet getaway and local accessibility for fun vacation spots!

Our home is a great place whether you’re visiting the area or going from here to there. It’s a homey spot to return to after a day’s exploring or to take a break during a long trip. We’re located near the intersection of US 93, US 89 and Route 202 (from 2-4 miles) in a quiet residential neighborhood less than 3 miles from downtown Concord. The room is bright and comfortable with a very comfy bed and your own bathroom across the hall. Our home is good for singles, couples, and business travelers.
Our house is an old New Englander (almost 110 years old) in an old neighborhood. We love the feel of an old place and think you will, too. And while the house is on the small side (just under 1500 sq. ft.), it's got great spaces and a big heart! The bedroom is a nice corner room that's well-lit and cozy. You'll have access to you're own private bathroom just across the hall. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and comfort of our home and you'll see this reflected in all the public spaces and in your rooms.
We live in a quiet residential neighborhood with lots of old houses. And we're right off the main road for easy access to downtown Concord (about 3 miles) and the highway (about 2 miles).
  • Quaint, lovely house. Wonderful hospitality and only a few miles from downtown

    Hunter2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • The bed is so comfortable! I really appreciated the little touches and how nice the whole household was. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and I had plenty of privacy.

    Jackie2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • Kevin’s home is so welcoming and comfortable. We visited the area on one of the coldest weekends but we were warm and snuggly in the cast iron bed with lots of blankets and even an electric blanket. The bathroom upstairs was ours to use. There were plenty of towels and the shower was so relaxing. We were greeted with the option of a light breakfast of cereal options but were meeting friends so weren’t able to take up Kevin on his offer (maybe next time). Two things to keep in mind: 1. they have two smallish pups who are the sweetest. They announce your presence and then can’t wait to greet you with sniffs and wags. 2. this is a great place to go to disconnect, there is no tv in the room; what a nice change.

    Kate2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Kevin and his wife Helen (and their 2 sweet little dogs!) were extremely welcoming and kind. The house was beautiful and very well taken care of. The bed was comfy and the room was nice and quiet. A good place for a restful stay. The area is safe and the neighborhood is quiet. I felt totally secure as a single woman traveling alone, and you get your own bathroom! Would definitely stay again if I’m in Concord in the future.

    Stacey2020-02-14T00:00:00Z
  • Kevin's place is wonderful! It's very close to everything in Concord, and is such a beautiful historic home. Special shout out to their adorable two dogs, who made the place feel like a real home. I'd highly recommend Kevin's place for a quick stay in the area!

  • Excellent choice with an attentive host.

  • A very sweet place, with kind and friendly hosts. The room is small but the bed is comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. Close to a main road in to town, but very quiet at night. The dogs were very sweet, too!

  • I have stayed with Kevin and Helen multiple times. They are gracious, friendly hosts who go out of their way to be accommodating. Their home is exquisite, comfortable, and sparkling clean. Couldn't be better!

  • My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed a much needed weekend getaway at Peters cabin. Check in was a breeze, and Peter was quick to respond to any questions. They kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms are equipped with anything you could possibly need, and the space is well appointed. We would absolutely stay again should the opportunity present itself.

    Meghan2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Peter’s place was a great find for our low-key Girls Weekend! We loved the location just minutes from the Outlets and stores in Tilton! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. He did tell me there was no cable, but there was WiFi, so I planned ahead and brought my Apple TV to be able to stream shows and movies. Overall the house was clean and we felt safe and comfortable.

This is a pet-friendly, rustic studio appartment in a perennial garden with private entrance, private bath, and kitchenette with functional antique farm sink about a half mile from downtown Concord and walking distance to everything, including Main Street shopping and award-winning restaurants. If you have questions about availability, please email me at dragonflystudio55@gmail.com.
This studio is a remodeled carriage house, part of a New Englander built in the 1890s. This space is less than a mile from Downtown Concord yet is nestled in a quiet perennial garden.
Remember to park 5ft from any driveway entrance or intersection. *NOTE*: New Hampshire winters can be severe and the weather unpredictable. We keep the walkways as clear as possible, but it is important for you to be prepared for snow, ice, and mud. Please bring appropriate shoes for this weather. Occasionally, there are emergency parking bans during which you will need to use the map we provide from the City of Concord website to choose a suitable and lawful parking place on the street. There are also parking garages downtown in which you may park for free from 8am-8pm. We are not responsible for your vehicle or for parking tickets/towing. Please use the postings on the City of Concord website and the WMUR website to receive postings about inclement weather and parking safety. Our neighborhood is walking distance to town with restaurants, shopping, theaters, and several parks. Concord is our state capital so you could also tour the state building. We have a beautiful bookshop downtown, Gibson’s, and the library is walking distance as well. There are several walks you can take as you step off our property, especially if you like strolling passed older, historic homes and buildings. If you take your dog along for your walking adventure, be sure to take along the bags we provide as picking up after your dog is a law in New Hampshire. Pedestrians also have the right-of-way and once you step into those white lines, cars must stop for you. If you have questions about availability, please email me at dragonflystudio55@gmail.com.

I was born in this house to my artist mother 32 years ago. It is so treasured that I cannot bear to part with it. She painted the inside and handmade all the tile work. My career takes me far and wide so you will have the whole place to yourself. I keep my bedroom for the week or two out of the year that I'm home and rent the rest of the place. 5 minute walk from late night pizza, bars, restaurants, libraries, law school, corner store. Downtown as you can be! Wonderful old home! ❤
    Quaint old home amongst businesses.
Very downtown. Many businesses on my block. Next block is government.

  • If you want a stay that feels like home and one in which the furnishings and decor make you feel the warmth and love of the family that grew up there, this is the place for you! It made me feel nostalgic. My own family stayed over Christmas and enjoyed laughing after home cooked meals and playing games in a room filled with warmth from the pot-belly stove. The artful touches gave spaces a bohemian feel--a pleasure for the eyes to explore! The location was perfect! We could walk to the NH Legislative office and White Pond Park (pond, ice rink, kiddy playground, snow saucering...) In addition to beautiful walks through the old and newer majestic neighborhoods. We will return!

  • We had a wonderful month-long stay at Adam's place! The house is amazing - bright colors, hand painted cabinets and artistic mosaics in the kitchen and bathroom. My husband and I stayed here but the house is large and could easily accommodate more people. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and loved the wood stove. The location is great - very short walk to downtown Concord and all that it has to offer- restaurants, coffee shops, movie house and local library. Adam was very helpful, flexible and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here.

    Felice2019-11-25T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time at Adam's house. It was clean, the fireplace was wonderful, and we were able to walk to downtown and check it out. Adam was very responsive to questions, and we would stay here again!

  • Charming place, great location, great host - great experience.

    Ray2019-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • This place is awesome! It's a charming old house with lots of space. The kitchen is huge, there are 3 separate deck areas, including a screened in area with seating, and the living room is so cozy with a functional wood stove. We loved hanging out with a fire going and just relaxing in the space. The only word of caution I would provide is that the steps to the 2nd floor are quite steep, but it wasn't a problem for us.

  • What a great place to spend a week away from it all. My family and I (the four of us) stayed at this super cozy cottage, and it was the perfect home base to come back to after exploring the area. Our host Lori greeted us when we arrived with fresh veggies from her garden and a quick tour of the cottage and property. The Kitchen has everything you need for cooking, the dining room has a nice long table for dining, the couches in the den are comfy, as are the beds in the bedrooms. On a clear night the stars are miraculous. We had a good time and made some great memories. Highly recommended.

  • Lori's Canterbury Cottage is a wonderful, comfortable, house out in a lovely part of the countryside of Canterbury, NH. The house was very clean, comfortable, quiet, had everything we needed, and was a great space for our family of 6 - my husband and myself, and daughters and their husbands. It was perfect for our stay while attending our niece's wedding at the Canterbury Shaker Village. Lori was really responsive and helpful. I highly recommend the Canterbury Cottage.

  • There's so much to love about this place. Built in 1779, back when the Revolutionary War was in full swing, the house features conspicuously wide floorboards that were an act of defiance against the crown's claim to mast pines. They're as patriotic as floorboards get, and they're beautiful. The whole place is. It's been tastefully updated over the centuries, with built-in heaters and electrical outlets, while retaining everything there is to love about an old farmhouse. It's kept clean, warm, and homey. Elaine's hospitality is second to none; she's warm, friendly, highly responsive, and accommodating. The food she serves for both breakfast and lunch is consistently excellent, and she's undercharging for it. I am so grateful for having had the opportunity to stay here, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

    Bryan2019-11-25T00:00:00Z
  • This was a perfect place to stay for our trip. We spent most of our time exploring local wineries and Elaine's place was great to come back to in the evening. Located close to the highway, which was nice for travel, but far enough way to enjoy peace and quiet. We would stay there again if in area.

    Andrew2019-11-11T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful, cozy, charming spot to stay in the Concord area! We drove up for a concert in downtown Concord and decided to stay an extra night to enjoy the beautiful fall colors. Elaine’s home was conveniently located, surrounded by beautiful trees (we loved sitting on the swing seat in the front yard and just enjoying the peaceful scene.) She and her family are extremely sweet. The hot tub is an extra special feature, and the homemade breakfast was a great treat and perfect way to start each day. We would definitely stay again!

I would recommend Walter and his place to anyone. My son and his girlfriend really enjoyed themselves and we even saw animals running in the yard in the morning

Come stay off the beaten path and high up on the hill! We own a 15 acre hobby farm on the shoulder of Locke’s Hill in humble Epsom, NH. Enjoy a beautiful view of the property in your own secluded space, with cozy rustic charm. Twenty minutes from concord, 35 minutes from Portsmouth, a local nano-brewery 3 miles down the road, and NH’s most popular apple orchard a skip further, there’s a lot to do and see and no better place to relax. Let us treat you to country hospitality up on the farm.
  • Can’t even express how happy my boyfriend and I were staying here! It honestly inspired us with renovations at our home, it was so clean, stylish, and homey. It even had a great view. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! The host was also amazing and gave us tips on where to eat, and also checked in on us to make sure everything went okay. We would definitely love to stay here again! Great job to the host... most definitely exceeded our expectations!

    Romir2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • Ian and Meli’s place was, in our opinion, better than the pictures portrayed. Very cute, clean and stylish in-law type apartment over a garage. All the amenities were amazing and the decorations were very homey. Exactly what we hoped for during our stay in NH. Also, the Main St restaurant that was recommend had amazing food and even better service and only 12 minutes away.

    Kiera2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • A wonderful apartment located on Ian’s farm! The space is extremely cozy and comfortable - a perfect place for a little getaway! We loved our time there and will definitely be back!

This Tiny House is in a spectacular spot with a mountain view on one side and a giant granite cliff on the other. It is quiet, peaceful, with no lights or noise. It is small but has a kitchenette, bedroom in the loft, nice porch, tiny bathroom and a patio with a view of a field and mountains. Often people see deer, turkeys, a fox also. We are only 30 minutes to Concord and the Lakes Region; one hour to the ocean and an hour and a half to Boston.
This is a 'secret' hideaway, but only 3 miles from rte 93, affording shopping malls, lakes, rivers for boating, swimming and skiing. The White Mountains are an hour north for touring, hiking and climbing. There are many activities in the summer: agricultural and craft fairs, music and theatre performances, festivals of all kinds.
This land is very beautiful, varied with forests, huge granite outcroppings and fields with streams here and there. It is on a hill so has some spectacular views of the mountains. It was once farmland so stone walls run through the forest which has since grown in. There is an old graveyard nearby. My house was built in 1778 and we moved a barn here, built originally in 1780, so there is history everywhere as well.
  • We highly recommend the Tiny House! Martha was a wonder hostess! The land and view was absolutely amazing. We can’t wait to go back!!! Thanks for everything Martha!🌸💜💕

    Russell2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • I came to this space for a little self-care retreat! It was the perfect container to dive inward yet also be immersed in the beautiful outdoors. I was blown AWAY by the landscape and I l loved experiencing tiny house living. Highly recommend it for the perfect little get away :-)

    Carly2019-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • It was exactly what we were looking for, a cabin in the woods. Very rustic, secluded, quiet. Still the town was just 10 minutes away with great restaurants. We will definitely be back.

    Anna2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Martha’s tiny home was great! It has amazing views and the outdoor patio is wonderful. The water pressure in the shower is amazing (huge plus). It also comes with everything you could possibly need. Would absolutely stay here again.

  • We had a wonderful stay at Martha’s tiny house. It was cozy and private but had everything we could need and there were lovely views of the hills and meadow. Martha was lovely to meet, and helped us pick fresh vegetables from her garden!

    Ashley2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Tiny house with a view, interesting construction, appealing woodwork.

    Alexis2019-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • The tiny house was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. It was in a great location for our day excursions to the White mountains and the lakes. Would stay there again!

    Marlyse2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed a weekend here and it was great! You have to like the outdoors, as it's similar to camping except you're in a little cabin. Bring bug spray! The place itself is fantastic and very private, with a pretty view and everything you need. I wish we could have stayed longer. Martha was really hospitable and we ended up purchasing some vegetables from her garden, which were delish.

Some fun activities in the area can include paddling, fishing, and swimming in the Blackwater river. You can also bring bikes to go for a spin in the neighborhood or the The Northern Rail Trail, a nice bike trail near us. We are also on the side of Mt. Walking and hiking right out your door! We can help with ideas for a hiking adventure if you like. The The Kitchen in Andover serves amazing breakfast and lunch foods, and some dinner servings. It is located about 5 miles north. The Refinery is fairly new, we haven't tried it but hear great things about it. It's about 8 miles north of the site. *********** Due to Covid-19 the Kitchen is doing most of their food as take out. ******************** The Barnstore, 7 miles south of us, has great food, but is not open on a regular basis. Call ahead to see. They serve locally grown meats. Try the pork chop breakfast!! Another great place for breakfast and lunch is Tuckers, located 15 miles east in New London. Well worth the trip for good food! For a good pizza at a good price, try the CrossRoads Country Store, about 6 miles south. Gas, basic necessities, and homemade cookies are their specialities.
  • We stayed here on a very cold night and Dawn made sure that we were well prepared by giving us plenty of blankets to stay warm throughout the night. Definitely would come back again!

Truly a perfect stay, so fortunate to have had the support of Dawn and her family during the snowy arrival. Really an exceptional spot!

  • Glancing is the way to go! Not only does New Hampshire’s beauty speak for itself, but the place was cozy, stylish, and unique! Dawn was an incredible host and willing to put in any extra effort we could have asked for. If you are looking for a quiet unique and comfortable space to have alone time or get to know your friends/significant other better, this is the place for you. Even in the winter it was a great experience. The heaters kept us warm and the lights added a magical holiday touch. 10/10!

    Shannon2019-12-15T00:00:00Z
  • Dawn was a great host. She did a great job keeping in contact with us incase we needed any extra items that she could deliver. The place was clean and super cozy, and looked just like the pictures. Her family did a great job helping take care of us as well and her son helped us start a fire when we couldn’t. All in all, we had a great experience and were very well taken care of.

My wife Mariana and I welcome you to stay with us in our home right on the Soucook River where you can feel “away from it all” just 4 miles from Downtown Concord NH. We have three guest rooms in our house. This room has a view of the river and queen bed. I am a designer/sculptor. My studio is here on the property so we live and work here. I will be around to help you with any questions. You are welcome to use the kitchen, living room, kayaks, campfire ring, etc...All is shared except your room.
The Hidden Gem room has a view of the river and a queen bed. It is ideal for couples but can comfortably sleep one. We also have a cot you can set up if you are a group of three. (third person fee $20) Our house is on a hill over the river so in this second floor bedroom you feel like you are in the treetops. If you are traveling for work there is also a desk in the room and high speed wireless internet. In the kitchen we have a coffee nook, stocked with coffee and tea and fruit, which you are welcome to. When our little flock of chickens are laying, you are also welcome to fresh eggs in the morning! The river is beautiful and private. You can swim and kayak with our three kayaks in the summer. or enjoy watching the snow fall from our living room where there is a cozy wood stove we run through the fall and winter. There is a deck off of the kitchen in the back of the house where we keep a gas grill you can use. And there are two fire pits in the back yard, plenty of wood to have a campfire. If you are staying longer with us, there is also laundry in the basement. We have a small friendly parrot, Carmen, who is our only inside pet and a sweet little flock of chickens that free range in the back. Mariana is an interpreter, bilingual in Spanish (originally from Mexico) and English and I have been a full time artist for 10 years.
We are nestled in an unusual spot. We are in a one acre plot along the river and conservation land, so although we have malls and businesses all around us you would never know when you are here. It is peaceful and private on the property, while very close to Concord. Although we are in the town of Pembroke we are much closer to Concord. We are only 4 miles to Main Street Concord and 1 mile from the Steeplegate Mall area where there are groceries, Starbucks, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, etc...
  • Nice place to stay within budget.

Kearsarge, who could want more? With unobstructed views of Ragged Mountain, this location affords year-round adventure on the protected south shore of Bradley Lake, abutting conservation land. 5 min. from Proctor, 90 min from Boston. • What a great cozy cabin on the lake we had four adults and one child comfortably in this nice cabin very clean with all the amenities including a lot of privacy and quietness right on the lake in this time of year people icefishing. I stay in a lot of airbnb’s and Alexander has been one of the best hosts so far very sweet quick to respond in very Willing to help out with whatever you need definitely look forward to coming back sometime soon hopefully in the summertime!

    Doug2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • The house was just what me and my family were looking for to unplug and unwind! The house was perfectly clean when we arrived and had all the things we needed to cook and make coffee which was a plus! There were plenty of trails and mountains to explore nearby which was perfect for us. Alexandra also left an awesome list of places to hike nearby and places to eat for all meals which came in handy. The decor cute and the cabin had a super cozy vibe me and my family enjoyed. I would 10/10 recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a great little getaway!

    Jennie2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Alexandra's cabin is awesome! It is a nature retreat. It's a perfect place for a family with kids to unplug and enjoy the surrounding nature. The cabin gets nice and warm quickly, and has everything you need to cook and enjoy. The location is just minutes away from skiing and hiking areas. Communication with Alexandra was clear, easy, and timely. She responded to all our questions and gave us lots of hiking suggestions. We all, including our 13 y.o. son, enjoyed hiking in the area and absolutely loved the cabin. We highly recommend this place!!! We hope to come back there again!

    Ksenia2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • The cabin was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. It is not large and if someone is sleeping in the loft, you need to be able to get up the ladder. For its size, it is well laid out. The host was amazing. Fabulous communication and gracious.

    Leann2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Located a few minutes from Ragged mountain, Alex's cabin was the perfect place for our family to come back to after a long day of skiing. It's incredibly cozy and the interior appears professionally designed (although I am no expert). The host Alex is very attentive over text message and phone in answering questions and giving recommendations, but she lives remotely, so we truly had the place all to ourselves which is what we wanted. The cabin is lakefront and we could see people ice fishing out on the lake in the mornings. Behind the cabin is all natural forest so even though you are just 5 minutes from town, you feel like you are really out there. In terms of getting to the cabin, we had no problems using our phone GPS. The road is partially dirt, but we had no issues with 4WD. I look forward to staying at the cabin again in the summer, because I would be pumped to see the lake in action.

In case you have forgotten something the Country Store in Canterbury Center is just a couple minutes away or available en route. Upon your arrival at the owners driveway (1.88 miles from Canterbury center Eastward on Hackleboro Road) your host or one of his staff will greet you and assist in parking and with the transfer of your personal items for your stay. Your host will accompany and assist you in transporting items to the Cabin and provide you with a tour of the cabin's amenities. Should you require access to the Cabin via SUV there is an access road available usually? Being isolated and secure from any onlookers the Tiny Earth Cabin is delightfully off grid and is fully equipped with 12 volt LED lighting and ceiling fans to better circulate heat from the small wood stove. Recently a new double hung screened window has been installed at head level and easy to operate during the night. The wood stove is equipped with a glass window, which provides a fireplace-like flickering light ambience for your cozy room. With firewood provided for at no cost during mild temperatures your reduced carbon footprint will be noticed by our Earth’s most grateful ecosystem. Winter stay with more wood burning required may raise the price of dry firewood available. Fresh Spring Water is contained in two 5-gallon carboys. A small copper sink is tucked into the food preparation countertop for cooking and wash ups. On the entry porch an antique ice chest will be chilled prior to your arrival with plenty of space available for a few days stay. Two small 12v overhead quiet fans move fresh air around well. The Queen bed consumes one quarter of floor area and is the inviting centerpiece of your lodging with fresh sheets & towels for your arrival. See deals below. A combination two-burner stove with oven provides for your food preparation needs and a new propane grill rests on the outside dining table. A very cool sunken FirePit with a cooking grill is also close to the cabin door. Fire wood may soon be packaged in small bundles for purchase or you pack it down from my house no cost. The adorable Earth composting loo a few steps from the side door accommodates your disposal needs and is well light along the path. Verizon cell service is usually available at the cabin for voice but data is slow up load tho a great upload was posted on Instagram by guests from the cabin door? The fee structure is $125.00 for a single night occupancy but bring your own sheets and save another $10.00 per night. A comforter/duvet is available as well and blankets are overhead the bed storage area. FEE STRUCTURE: A stay of one night is $ 125.00 but with your own sheets you can save $10.00. For two or more nights and with my fresh sheets the rate is $125.00 per night which lessens the burden for me doing laundry more often. With your sheets then it would be $10.00 less per night. (This pricing becomes effective on January first ‘19) The fire pit wood is presently free but your salvage efforts from close by fallen limbs is encouraged. Few ticks are usually detected near the groomed cabin grounds and have never been noticed on the walking trail. Don’t forget Cabin Slippers, rain gear if sketchy weather is forecast. Try to bring your own ice for the cooler if needed but if burdensome I will fetch it for you ahead of time.
Tho the cabin is secluded your short drive to Concord (the State Capital) can offer numerous social, artistic and entertainment venues to enjoy. From C’bury to Manchester is about a 50 minute drive and The Currier Museum of Art is a must if you have time to go there. Historic Shaker Village is also located in C’bury and is a major destination for cultural/historically curious visitors. If visits here are Winter oriented then numerous ski tours and snow machines are welcomed about the area and here. Bring your pets if desired but remember that the floor space is small. Emus are fine as well but must be stabbed outside or in one of my exterior studios. Have a pack Lama too perhaps?
  • If you’re an outdoor lover then you NEED to stay at this magical Tiny Earth Cabin. It felt like I was camping inside the cutest little cabin, with a wood stove to stay oh so cozy. Not to mention all the surrounding land and trails that are able to be explored. Chance was one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with, and went above and beyond to accommodate for us. I will absolutely be back to this peaceful retreat in the forest, and cannot recommend it enough! The Tiny Earth Cabin is truly magick on earth.

  • An amazing, tranquil getaway. Rustic and raw, a perfect escape from city life. We had such a nice time grilling food, keeping a fire, and wandering the woods. Would highly suggest to anyone looking to get away! Chance is such a friendly and unique host, makes for a memorable experience.

  • The Tiny Earth Cabin is a dream getaway if you seek beautiful scenery, peaceful nature and an adorable house. Chance was the perfect host - accommodating, communicative, and friendly. We will definitely be back for longer next time!

  • First off...what an amazing stay. If you are looking for a complete getaway from the outside world this is your place. Chance is amazing!! He is so kind and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is up for a tiny nature cabin adventure. Some things to think about before booking/arriving. We went in the winter and there was about 2 feet of snow. The driveway is massive, long, and STEEP! Chance kindly offered to come get us and we are so thankful we took him up on the offer. It’s a doosey even with 4 wheel drive we recommend having him come get you at the bottom of the driveway if it’s snowy. Trust us you think you can do it but it’s steep and keeps going. Very slippery in the snow! Additionally it is about a 5 min walk from the hosts house to the tiny cabin. Once again if it’s winter and it’s snowy plan accordingly. Chance walked us out to the cabin and helped us bring our things, but pack as little as possible given you have to bring your stuff in a sled when it’s snowy or carry it. All of these suggestions come with the fact that there was snow. Chance is more than accommodating for all these struggles so just ask! This is amazing adventure for anyone looking for nature! Can’t wait to stay again (maybe in the summer with less snow).

  • My Husband gave me the best gift ever ! I had the best time there ! There was so much attention to details. This place is so much cooler than any luxurious things. Chance was amazing he helped us for snow shoveling etc. This place makes you forget world & just perfect for 2 people.

  • We were stunned by the home! So many little touches, it was extremely modern but it had a very “homey” feel. The security was good, we felt totally safe there. The hot tub was wonderful, the neighbors were respectful, this was truly an ideal AirBnB experience. We wish we were staying for more nights! The next time we’re in the area, we know where to stay.

  • Had a great time at Randy's place, it was a beautiful space and so close to the center of town. Honestly the pictures dont do the place justice, it was bigger than I expected, had everything we needed and was impeccably clean. Definitely recommend!

    Shannon2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • There is nothing to complain about while staying here. The place is amazing and clean, inside and out. Can't wait to stay here again in the summer!

    Justine2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Randy is a Great Host, very responsive and accommodating to make sure you enjoy your stay! We loved the kitchen so much (dream of having a kitchen like that. The master bed/pillows were a bit firm but at the same time it was very comfy and now I want those in my home as it was a very good nights rest. Massive TVs in the living & yoga room and a beautiful bathroom. Only regret is it wasn’t summer so we could’ve taken advantage of the beautiful patio, fire pit, grill, hot tub, and pool!! The breakfast at Karma Cafe was so delicious and great service to cap off our trip!

    Amanda2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • It was my first time trying an Airbnb so I was a bit worried. But Randy’s place was great! We wished we could have come earlier or stayed an extra night. We got to enjoy the jacuzzi and relax for a bit. Also Karma Cafe is so delicious!!!!!! A big thanks to Randy! We loved it and know you guys will too!!☺️

    Maria2020-02-28T00:00:00Z

  • Randy’s place was beautiful!! Pictures don’t do it justice. So clean it is as if no one has ever been inside. This cozy spot was perfect to cozy up for a few days. So conveniently located to many local spots. Randy was quick to response and was so helpful. I know if I’m in the area again where I’ll be staying. Thank you so much!!

  • Korene's place has a great location to explore Concord especially walking to e.g. library or market street to shop and/or dine. I appreciated the organic items (e.g. pepper, salt) here and there. Finally the place has a cozy atmosphere especially with the iron gas stove burning for heating in the evening.

    Lydia2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • This apartment has everything you need if you're going to Concord. The location is perfect, you can walk to the restaurants, shops and sights in Concord, the neighbors are friendly, and the hosts are generous and very helpful.

  • Very comfortable space - large, open rooms. Many special touches. Great host, very responsive whether she was at work or not. Would definitely recommend. It was also very quiet there - no city noise like sirens and such.

    Linda2019-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • This very well may be the perfect AirBnB. Every time you walk through the door is like getting a big hug from an old friend. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the hosts left nice little touches that ensured we had everything we might need. The space is intimate & cozy, and yet spacious all at the same time. The furnishings are stylish and modern without sacrificing comfort. If cooking is your thing, the kitchen is well-appointed and very easy for two people to work in. The bed is very comfortable too. We travel often and are usually in a hurry to get out and about, but this place makes you want to just settle in and relax. 10 out of 10 from us!

    Jeff2019-11-30T00:00:00Z
  • Korene's place is stylish and cheery. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the spacious bedroom and bathroom. We traveled with our 3 year old and it was lovely to have a chair/sofa transformed into a proper bed and made ready for us upon our arrival. It was great to have a well appointed kitchen for breakfasts and early dinners at "home". I personally found the bed too soft (I have back problems) but my husband and daughter (on the trundle of sorts) were both quite comfy.

    Amanda2019-11-05T00:00:00Z
  • Korene is an amazing host! Super fast response time to any questions you may have. The space was perfect! She thought of everything!

    Amy2019-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • My wife, daughter and I went to New Hampshire for a wedding. Korene's place was great! Definitely would recommend if coming to the Concord area.

  • We had a great stay at Mike's place, four of us had a great relaxing night away. We were able to use the kitchen to make snacks which seemed to have all of the essentials, pots/pans/utensils! The kitty was super sweet and spent the night with us!

    Molly2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great host. Great value.

    Kara2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Mike's place was great and close to the Gunstock ski mountain which was the reason for our trip. It was even larger than the pictures made it seem. I recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

    Andres2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Nice, big and clean house in a great location. We really enjoyed the big kitchen and did a lot of cooking during our visit. Missing a couple amenities like a hair dryer and some kitchen tools, but everything that you need is there for the most part. There is a cat, but he’s friendly and keeps to himself.

    Laura2020-02-17T00:00:00Z

  • Marc's place was great! It's so close to downtown Laconia and only about a 15 minute drive from the largest arcade in the world, Funspot! Would stay at Marc's place again!

    Aaron2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • I was only in town for one night and this was the perfect place for me. I forgot to bring a couple of items and Marc took care of it for me. Very gracious young man and I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through this town.

    Steve2020-01-25T00:00:00Z
  • Marc's place is very simple and clean. The room was a bit cold because it was in the winter and Marc was gracious enough to provide me with a space heater. There was a snow storm that came through while I was there and Marc made sure I was safe. Marc is a great host and has some wonderful stories to tell. His pitbull, TyTy, is a sweet little baby of a pitbull. I highly recommend Marc's place and will definitely be back the next time I am in New Hampshire!
