After a 10 hour drive it was such a relief so arrive and ease into a super soft and cozy bed! The location was super convenient for getting to all the great downtown spots. Plus it's close to the freeway which was also super convenient. The apt. was clean and fresh with plenty of space. I would stay here again if I came back into town!

Alice was very welcoming. My daughter and I needed a place to crash before we flew out of Las Vegas the next day. Cost wise it was great. An overnight stay worked for us.

I was in Boulder City for an event. Alice is a gracious host making her guests tea, breakfast and just very comfortable. I will be booking again in the future.

Alice was such an easy going hostess! She was communicative and prompt in her responses before I got there and everything was set up for me when I was there. She was respectful of my space but also seemed very willing to help in any way if I had needed it. She even offered to cook a hot breakfast! I had to leave before that, but it was so kind! Her dog is adorable but unless he hadn't greeted me at the door when I first arrived, I wouldn't have known he was there. The house was clean and the pup otherwise quiet.

Our stay at Su and Frank's home was almost a magical experience. They were very friendly, like coming in to family. The cookies/drinks provided, the spa (you can see SO many stars at night!), the shower, the COMFY bed, the delightful breakfast bar with fresh fruit was all wonderful. Just wish we could've stayed longer. Also, the town of Boulder City is charming and the views of Lake Mead breathtaking! Thank you, Su and Frank--and sweet pups!

There is no better way to describe it than to just say it was wonderful.

Me and my friend have a good time in Su's house for her birthday, we went to Dam which is 5 minutes away. and have a good dinner in the most famous BBQ restaurant. Frank and Su are so friendly, the room are neat and clean. Breakfast outside patio with the lake view are beautiful. We are so pleasant to know them and we will for sure to go back again.

Su and Frank open up their home for a wonderful stay in a private and cozy room! Their home has a beautiful view of the lake, great hospitality as well as 3 adorable dogs that were so friendly! The stay is a great choice if you plan on driving around Nevada, Arizona and/or Utah. Boulder city is a great town just out of the crazy Las Vegas which was a great addition to our road trip! Sherry wasn't at home but contact with her via phone and e-mail was fantastic. Got to meet her lovely daughter and her even lovelier dogs (which are well mannered!!). The house is very cozy, we even got to do our laundry (super useful while being on a road trip) and also were able to use the fridge to store tons of water for sweltering trips thru Death Valley.

Very convenient location, central to Las Vegas and Hoover Dam, which were our destinations but far enough outside the city to be quiet and secluded. The space was clean and provided privacy with access to a small fridge in the room and a private bathroom. Rich and Marsha provided everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay.

This is a very warm and inviting place to stay. Elizabeth is a great host. The listing was for a two bedroom guest house, but wound up staying in a single room in the main house. Amenities were top notch and the beds super comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Elizabeth was a perfect host, her communication was excellent before checking in. When we arrived, we were greeted with a sweet and thoughtful housewarming gift. We stayed in the 'Casita'. The rooms were just as pictured, very clean and super comfortable. We found the outdoor pool area to be beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We stocked up at the supermarket which was only 2.5 miles away. The location of the house was perfect for short day trips: Boulder City, the airport for scenic airplane and helicopter rides, the Hoover Dam, kayaking on the Colorado, and hiking on the historic railroad trail. All these trips were minutes away in the car. We even discovered Hemenway park on the other side of the main road where bighorn sheep like to gather in the late afternoon. We would definetely stay here again and highly recommend staying at Elizabeth's.

Elizabeth's communication was great and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The pool and jacuzzi were quite nice and being able to use the BBQ was a definite plus! Sheets and bed were super comfortable!

WOW! This was by far the BEST Airbnb experience we've ever had. We arrived as guests and left as friends. Elizabeth is an AMAZING host and really made us feel like we were right at home. If you have kids (we have two) they are also welcomed with open arms and our kids loved Elizabeth as well! :) The guest area(s) and house are immaculate with stunning views and it was great to have access to the pool, spa, and awesome BBQ area in back. The neighborhood is VERY nice and quiet, a great place to unwind. There are also a lot of great things to experience in and around Boulder City with still being close to Las Vegas and other major cities. We can't wait to go back and bring more of our family and friends to experience this wonderful rental. I would HIGHLY recommend this listing to everyone, you will LOVE it!

Our stay at Elizabeth's home was nothing short of wonderful. The location was a joyous escape from the gray skies of our home town. It was also conveniently located to both outdoor recreation and the city lights of the Las Vegas strip, enabling us to enjoy the best of both worlds on our retreat. We felt very welcomed and comfortable in the spacious well stocked apartment, and wanted for nothing. The kids loved the pool, pool toys, and spa. Elizabeth was a great host, and we felt very well taken care of during our stay.

It's amazing how warm and wonderful all the little touches bring to life in rentals. Elizabeth is fabulous and went so OUT OF HER WAY. - for small things at every turn. The property is wonderful as advertised and perfect location. We did Boulder city and then a lake Mead cruise (FUN) - it was Thanksgiving weekend and how can you deny HOT tub - Football, and outdoor Kitchen? Just wonderful

It was a great place to stay and easy to get to the Las Vegas airport from there (30 min).

We spent a pleasant night at Lindsey. The bedroom with separate bathroom was consistent with the pictures and description provided. We have not had the pleasure of seeing Lindsey during our stay but his father and his son were very welcome, and his dog Duke was so sweet. This is a good price / quality ratio near Las Vegas.

Place was very clean and just as advertised. Nice neighborhood. Easy to get around and get down to strip. Hosts were great. Very helpful and friendly. Would recommend their place to everyone.

This was my first Airbnb experience and Lindsey was such a great host! I arrived late at 10:30 pm from the airport and she was still awake to greet me with her cute puppy. Lindsey's house smelled so amazing and everything was so neat and clean. She had a tempur-pedic bed so my sleep was soo pleasant. She also had clean bath, hand, and face towels for me, along with other soaps/shampoo. She left me a key bc she had work and told me that I could leave the next morning at any time. This was definitely better than any of my experiences at hotels! 5 stars *****

This place is away from the hustle bustle of Vegas. Perfect for much needed peace & rest during your stay. Due to limited stay, could not have much interactions with Reynaldo but everything was perfect. Would recommend it any time .

Reynaldo and his family are very warm and welcoming. You will feel part of their family. The home is extremely clean and everything a traveler needs has been provided. In my room were twin beds, flat-screen wall-mounted TV with gazillion channels, a hot/cold water dispenser, mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker with coffee, folding chairs, tray table, ceiling fan, plenty of lights and closet space, and decorated very appealingly. The wifi was fast and secure. Had kitchen and laundry privileges, and never had a problem with the shared bathroom, which was kept spotless and always had immediate hot water. Lovely yard and patio, privacy wall, and across the street from a park. Very quiet neighborhood, felt very safe leaving car parked on street. Enjoyed the songs and antics of their 3 birds (budgie, finch, and cockatiel). The whole family was very considerate and always asked if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend Reynaldo's home to anyone as it is the best Airbnb home I've stayed in in NV.

Great rental! From the moment I stepped into the front lobby, I felt like I was on vacation. The rental is clean, quiet and so relaxing. There is a small market and restaurants at the complex so you don't even need to leave. And I appreciated the host communicating with me prior to my arrival, and providing me with all the details I would need regarding the rental.

First time utilizing Airbnb - definitely a pleasant experience! Andy was attentive and ensured I had my questions answered before our trip and during. We took advantage of the late check-in - it was very simple and we were in the room without any hassle within minutes of arriving. The room itself was very clean and had just enough amenities for our short stay. There were plenty of dishes for two, a small sink, small coffee maker (essential for me), microwave, mini fridge and a hot plate with two small pans. We didn't use the hot plate, but it was great to have the option of being able to eat in. The community itself is quiet, clean and family friendly. Attached to the condos is a little market. You have access to a neat outdoor game area on the lake. There are also paddle board and small paddle boat rentals available. Overall, I would highly recommend booking this if you want to visit Vegas but be out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Lake Las Vegas is perfect for just getting away and enjoying the weather and friendliness of a small town (not something I think of normally when I think of Las Vegas the city).
