The property was lovely. The house was lovely, the room, the bed comfortable. The window next to bed looks out on to the most beautiful and serene grove of trees. Own bathroom A PLUS. Like a suite with many doors. Cindy was lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We had a fabulous stay at Cindy's place. The room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. Cindy and her dog Dallas very hospitable and they were so nice. We wake up together and we feed horse :) Horses are so cute and friendly. I want to stay again absolutely. She was friendly and helped me settle before leaving me to rest. Very friendly without being smothering. I will absolutely stay here again if I am in the area.

Everything was perfect! Cindy was wonderful to communicate with, the room was comfortable & clean (plus a beautiful tree view out the window), and spending time with the miniature horses was a great bonus :) It's the perfect place for rest and relaxation. I'd highly recommend!

This is a cute little place that is a short drive to downtown Concord. The unit is connected to the main house but is very quiet and very private. It is well stocked and has a two burner cooktop and toaster oven and everything you would need for heating or cooking meals.

This truly is a great place to cozy up for a few days while exploring the region. The house is very clean, the decor is rather charming, and I really appreciated that Trina has labeled each switch so one doesn't have to guess what will happen when one flips a switch. Trina is a fantastic host - she is very friendly, communicated well prior to the trip, and gave us all the information we could possibly need during our stay. This place is highly recommended!

Very spacious and private apartment that's perfect for using as a home base when visiting in the area or exploring around New Hampshire. Trina is a very accommodating host and provides enough communication to keep you informed while still giving you space to enjoy yourself.

This was a great place to stay. It was super convenient to Concord but definitely feels like you're in the country. Trina was easy to communicate with and very hospitable. I loved the small notes orienting the guest to the apartment. There was even a small basket of toiletries to save you in case you forgot the essentials. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place about 20 minutes outside of Manchester. The garage apartment is all inclusive: bathroom, little kitchen, bed, seating area. No cell signal but the wifi is good. A great affordable place.

If you're looking for a remote getaway this is the perfect place! It's right in the middle of Concord and Manchester (about a 20 min drive to each). We were able to go and explore both of them! You have your own private entrance up to the room as well, which made us feel even more comfortable since you wouldn't have to bother anyone. The stay was great! There were no problems with it whatsoever, except we were woken up one morning at 7 am to dogs barking continuously for five minutes. This was not a huge issue for us, since we are dog people! Be prepared to eat out for meals though since there is no access to a kitchen! We were okay with this since it allowed us to explore even more (you should definitely visit Tuckers for breakfast or lunch). We will probably be finding another excuse to visit NH again so we can revisit the Sunday Suite!

My girlfriend and I arrived late one afternoon and warmly greeted by the homeowner. Richard welcomed and showed us to the Sunday suite, a beautiful private room with a private entrance and bathroom. It was very spacious with a relaxing atmosphere and everything was true to the description.. And some parts even better! Great private space with own bathroom, tv, and sitting space.

Katrina and Dick offered a beautiful suite with a bedroom, sitting area, and private bath for us to spend the night in with our cat. We were greeted with a tray of cookies (the best I've ever had) and cold milk, and were thrilled with the private entrance, lock on bedroom door, and stunning suite we stayed in. Bow is a beautiful town about 20 minutes from concord, 20 minutes from manchester, and just an hour and a half north of Boston. Katrina and Dick have truly gone above and beyond sticking the shower with full sized bottles of shampoo and plenty of towels as well as snacks, a mini fridge, drinks, and beautiful decor. They were gracious, kind and had wonderful communication. We will absolutely be back!

AMAZING! Jack was so kind during our check in and explained everything to us. The treehouse was clean and neat! The views were amazing and as soon as you get there, you feel at home! There are twinkle lights all around to give it a nice romantic touch. We went on a rainy day and hearing the rain while we went to sleep was amazing. We went to a restaurant about 15 min away called high street farm house and had one of the best meals I've ever had. We are already planning our next trip back! Amazing!!!!!!!! You really feel like you are so far from home and the whole world

Experiencing Jack's Treehouse was nothing short of magical. He is such a welcoming person and has created a truly comforting sanctuary up in the gently swaying trees on his property. The space is equipped with everything you might need, from CDs to listen to (very groovy tunes), pot holders and lighters for cooking purposes, bottle and can openers, an assortment of teas and oatmeal, and even an electric blanket should you need some extra warmth. Everything is super clean and organized, too. The guest I was bringing cancelled on me unexpectedly, so I showed up alone, and it was one of the most fun and wonderful experiences of my life. I felt completely safe and comfortable, falling asleep to the sight of the stars above and waking up to the sounds of the forest greeting me at the start of a new day. There is nothing here not to love. Firewood is provided, and should you need more, should you need anything at all-including rad conversations about conscious journeying-Jack's got your back! You are guaranteed to enjoy this experience as much as I did. :)

I had a pleasant stay at Jack's treehouse as a weekend getaway from Boston. Amenities were comfortable and included a compost outhouse, electric blanket, a new minimini fridge, and use of his house kitchen and bathroom. There was good hiking and a state park with a beach nearby. Jack was also incredibly friendly and helpful and had incredible stories to share. Bring layers as it does get chilly at night, and a flashlight or headlamp if you want to walk back to his house to use the bathroom at night.

The treetop sanctuary is incredible for relaxing. Childhood dream living in a treehouse. Highly recommended for everyone!

Jack was a wonderful, welcoming host and the Treehouse was even better than expected! The inside is cozy but still light and feels welcoming. Jack was easy to communicate with and the stay was everything that we could have hoped for.

The treehouse was as magical as we'd hoped! We fell asleep listening to the whipoorwills and watching as the light faded against the trees. Jack was a wonderfully friendly and welcoming host, and we loved hearing about how he built both the treehouse and his own log cabin with the help of friends and family. Just one note for anyone who might be wondering about bugs: the treehouse itself is exceptionally well-insulated including screens on all windows and a tightly-closing sliding door, but you'll definitely want to stay on top of ticks, horseflies, and mosquitoes outside with plenty of bug spray and frequent tick checks.

Definitely recommend! Cozy and quiet perfect to get away from the bustle of the city. Will definitely be back, because of Jack's hospitality and kindness. I will never forget my experience here something I will always remember. And it has inspired to make me want to build my our tree house in the future.

We often dont sleep well in other places away from our home in nature,so the great deep sleep we got here is very noteworthy for us! The tree house is really cozy and Jack has homemade kombucha available for sale that we enjoyed a lot.

Stephanie made us feel very welcome and at home. We had a nice room on the 3rd floor, so the last flight of stairs are narrower and seem a bit steeper. The pillows on the bed were very comfortable, as was the bed . The location was nice for walking to a restaurant for dinner. We enjoyed a lovely evening of conversation! Stephanie had some great coffee choices, which was a great way to start the morning. The house is beautiful and large. Stephanie is thoughtfully adding some wonderful touches to punctuate the beauty of the home. The neighborhood is also great for walking.

Stephanie and Rick's home is beautiful. They were very friendly and welcoming, even inviting us to share a glass of wine with them. The walk to downtown from their house is easy and beautiful and we very much enjoyed in our time in NH. Finally, the bed in their guest room might be the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

We only stayed one night and didn't meet Stephanie but Rick made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful, spacious and comfortable house. He also recommended a good place to eat just a short walk away. A good place to stop.

Quick stop for the night on the ride home. Hosts were very nice and ready to recommend dinner spots in sleepy-Sunday-night-concord. Bed was cozy comfy and the house is amazing. Only stayed a night but would go again if we are in town. Walter White was a perfect gentleman and we were very impressed with his tennis ball.

Our stay in Concord couldn't have been nicer. We were able to stay in a great old house, met two very nice people, and became buddies with a super friendly dog. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer and really have a chance to dive into the local culture more. Our trip was short but the bed was comfy and we really felt at home with Stephanie and Rick. Thanks! ... and to Airbnb, keep finding nice places and hosts like this!!!

From my initial phone conversation with Steph to my late evening arrival, I was warmly welcomed into Steph's and Rick's home. The house is a beautiful Victorian as described and the accommodations are very private. As a solo traveler, I felt 100% safe. If the need arises to spend a night in the area again, I would absolutely stay here.

Arnie was phenomenal and welcoming! She had food and drinks in the room for us, coffee set up for brewing and gave us pointers on where to go locally. Her house is phenomenal and filled with history. What she has done with it is simply gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again!

I just adore this house, and I adore Arnie even more! I don't have enough words in my vocabulary to describe how much I love staying in this house. Arnie is the best BnB host there ever was, and the space here is superbly comfortable. What I love the most is that Arnie shows a genuine interest in how well I am faring during my stay, and she even cares about how things are going in my life. She is truly a wonderful spirit. NICEST lady I have ever met. So sweet, so accommodating. A didn't arrive at her place until 12:30 a.m. due to a late flight, and she waited up for me, and put out english muffins and fruit for breakfast.

Had a fantastic time in this lovely house! Steeped in history and filled with interesting character. To top it off, Arnie was a wonderful host who made us feel completely at home and an absolute pleasure to talk to. She captivated us with her snippets and stories and left us with a loaded pantry and clean, comfortable, very private quarters. Would definitely plan to come back!!

Lovely studio in convenient location, with extremely well-equipped kitchen (I recommend the fantastic Concord Co-Op for food shopping downtown!). Stephanie is a great host, and we look forward to returning (which we are doing in a few weeks). Altogether everything you need in a short-term stay (even an exercise bike, though the park is just a short walk away).

As soon as I arrived at Bryan and Monica's, I was greeted by both gracious hosts and Monica gave me the tour. The room was just as described, very clean, very comfortable. The view was beautiful! Monica recommended I sit out around 8:00 to watch the sunset, and I was sure glad I did! I was looking for peace and relaxation and that is just what I received! Thank you, Bryan and Monica!

They had a beautiful home, were very attentive, but also let us have the privacy and freedom that we needed as we spent a week there an got him late each day as we were in town for a wedding.

Bryan and Monica made our stay pleasant and peaceful. The sun sets were amazing and the grounds beautiful. we loved our every morning's drive into town. Down the hills and wooded area. We saw a lot of wild turkeys.

The Murphy's were incredibly welcoming, generous, and warm. The room itself was brilliant; exceptionally clean, great atmosphere, easy parking/access, coffee, water, soft towels, lots of space, and very private. Bryan was very welcoming when we arrived and showed us around the space. The room was great! Perfectly spacious for 2, clean and comfortable. You can tell they've put a lot of thought into the setup of the space because they even thought of things like paper cups and bug spray! The view is fantastic! We didn't get to spent much time in their outdoor space, which was our loss, but it would be worth the stay just for the view. There are several restaurants within a 10 minute drive, which is convenient. This was a great first air bnb experience!

This was my second stay with Bryan and Monica. I came back because the location, cleanliness, and privacy of the room is the best. They are very welcoming and are quick to respond to messages. Loved it. Absolutely wonderful hosts Brian and Margo. Seems to be a small world, they had ties to my old hometown in Springfield Missouri church, and evangel college etc. I felt like I was in a safe place very clean and exactly as pictured in the ad. The plus was the beautiful fall foliage. I also met Brian's mother, Maddie, and enjoyed dinner with her so very much. Places to see our Putnam's restaurants in town and Apotheca flower shop. I would stay again.

Heidi's place was just what I needed while visiting relatives in Concord. She treated me to a tour of her bountiful garden when I arrived. The house was very quiet and clean and the bed was hotel-comfy. Heidi provided juice, very good coffee and yogurt for breakfast. In the bath, she provided towels and toiletries, an extra nice touch. The shared bath is downstairs, while the bedroom is up. It faces the street and traffic sounds begin around 630 am. Light sleepers can switch on a window AC unit for white noise. I enjoyed staying at Heidi's and hope to come back.

This is, indeed, the "Serenity Room"! Beautifully decorated room, in a lovely home, in a great neighborhood. My only concern was the unexpected lack of access to the internet, since this was a business trip for me. However, for a vacation stay it is ideal!

When we arrived Grant and Kristin had left us welcoming notes, homemade snacks, and a lovely suite set us for us upstairs. The home was super clean, warm and welcoming. Grant and Kristin were in and out during our stay and their presence was delightful. It was raining a lot over the weekend so we didn't get to do everything we wanted but they gave us some great tips of other things to do nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Also, their dogs are adorable and super friendly!

If you are thinking of renting this property PLEASE READ!!! First off, this is a ROOM rental, not a house rental. The description is misleading in the fact that you think you are renting the entire house (minus the master bedroom) when in fact it is just one room. This is the owners primary residence, not a second home. Secondly, it does state that the owners have dogs but again thinking that this is a second home we did not expect the dogs to be there. One person in our party has an allergy to dogs but since we thought the dogs would not be on the premises, it would have been fine. Not understanding this due to the lack of description and clarification, we needed to make a last minute cancellation. After speaking to Grant IN PERSON, he was very understanding of this and agreed to make arrangements to get our money back, offering to send a personal check in the mail. After contacting him about a week later, his message stated that he would NOT be refunding our money since revenue would be lost and lack of being able to find a substitute on such short notice. We are extremely disappointed after being told in person that we would be refunded only to receive an email stating that we would not. Go elsewhere!!!

Our stay at Grant and Kristin was perfect. Kristin was there to welcome us and she makes the best zucchini bread! It was very pleasant to talk with her, I wish we could have more time together. Everything we needed was prepared for us and we felted very charmed and welcomed by the house and the host! The four of us only see positive and sweet points, thank you again!

Kristen and grant were excellent hosts! Their home is warm and cozy, the wood stove is so relaxing to sit next to. The house is clean and lit with welcoming scented candles. Kristen goes above and beyond to.make you feel comfortable as if you were home. She made coffee and delicious muffins and cinnamon buns. We are so thankful for grant and Kristen for welcoming us and our two wild dogs!

Krista's place is located in a beautiful idyllic spot in New Hampshire. It is only about 20 mins from Manchester and though it feels very isolated, civilization is not too far away, which was very appreciated. We loved the ability to go out on the small dock and sit next to the pond, especially as the sun set across the way. My brother caught quite a few fish and there were a few other individuals enjoying the pond as well. The home itself is quaint, but perfect for 1-3 people. My mom and I were able to have our own rooms and the shared space was plenty for both of us. There are plenty of places to lounge with a book, or sit and chat. The bathroom is very spacious as well. Overall, the place looks newly renovated with a lot of brand-new fixtures and appliances. There is wifi, but no television, which fits the space well. It is a great place to go isolate yourself from reality for a few days and enjoy nature. The only negative that I found was the outdoor space between the house and the pond was a bit unkempt, which was unfortunate as we would have liked to have utilized the space a bit more. I would definitely recommend staying here and I hope to come back soon!

This little cottage was absolutely perfect for a quiet weekend away. It was as great as the pictures show. Perfect size for 1-3 people. The water is just steps away. Would definitely recommend this property and stay again. Krista was a great host and really responsive.

This was exactly what we needed. The beautiful lake scene every morning, the quiet neighbourhood, easy scenic drive to town made this the perfect home away from home. We can't wait to get back for another visit to this beautiful part of New Hampshire.
