Comfortable, convenient and clean, this was a perfect place to stay during Adelaide’s festival season. Very good communication from host Nick meant everything went smoothly.

This apartment has everything you need for your stay in Adelaide, in the cool setting of Bowden. Easy to get to, easy to get around town from. A quiet location with cafes & restaurants close by as well as a free tram to connect you to Adelaide CBD within minutes.

From the city center of Adelaide, you can reach the house from the City by free tram. The house was also a maisonette type, clean and the best house. I highly recommend it. I definitely recommend this house :) Good location and house was beautiful and clean.

Stylish space over two levels with many amenities such as tea/coffee/wi-fi/free parking. A fantastic day time cafe in Plant 4. Quiet neighbourhood but within easy reach of bars/restaurants and the city. Nick was fantastic with his communication and I would highly recommend staying here for other Airbnb guests

This unit was in a great location. Close to everything. The people in and around the complex were super friendly. The unit was presented great and next time we go to Adelaide, we hope it will be available again. Phil gave great information about the unit and was super easy to communicate with.

This apartment was exactly as described by the owner. It’s in a great spot - close to a train station and tram stop (free into the city). It’s a great area - lots of building happening but a great vibe. We will be back for sure.

Great little place! Very close to the city. Either a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to the station which is one stop from Adelaide central. Good spot!

I had a great stay at 'the box' visiting Adelaide for a conference (ANS2019 at the convention centre). Lorraine is a very friendly host and I had everything I needed. There is a nice coffee place around the corner and many opportunities to get to the city centre (bust stop and train station close by or 30-40 min walk). Thanks Lorraine!

It is a rustic AirBNB with charm. It is in a good location close to the tram making it easy to get into the CBD. A nice spot I would stay at again.

Great place - 5 or so minute walk to the free tram which takes less than 10 minutes into the city. Dry clean and stylish! Quiet neighbourhood close to a good cafe. There’s a small dog that barks downstairs when you enter and leave but it quietens down after 5 mins so it’s not a big stress.

Had a fantastic stay, really nice place and great location - excellent coffee just down the road too! Check in is simple and the house has plenty of information to help you figure out your stay. Highly recommend!

Lynn’s place was clean and tidy, and convenient for public transport and exploring Adelaide.

A very nice place to stay, where you can feel comfortable. Small disadvantage is that there is no WiFi.

Lynn's place is conveniently located close to the city. It spacious for two people with clean amenities. No stove but there is a microwave for heating food. Seamless check-in and check-out experience. The place is located on the 1st floor so is accessible via stairs only. Overall, it is an awesome for great value.

We had a fairly large cohort(9 with kids) come and stay at this place. Venue was terrific. Close to the city, short drive from beaches, Bowden is a chic, chilled out, little suburb and the vibe of Nathan & Belinda’s place is relaxing. I hired out their place for about 10 days as a base of operations for our wedding. The place is outstanding and well decked out. Our hosts were excellent communicators and showed great care for my family during a really hot period in Adelaide which I appreciated. Family loved their stay and I would look them up again for a big group in Adelaide!

Very nice Italian hosts in a very convenient location. Short walk to the city centre and also you can find street parking most of the time. The apartment is pretty clean and you don’t need to bring anything as you have all what you need for your stay.

Wow Where do l start what fantastic Hosts with a fantastic apartment.. Everything that you need for a great stay is provided by George and his wife. Even to the point of a cold drink in the fridge for you or coffee provided. Bed was really comfortable plenty room in bedroom as well as a big screen Tv.. Bathroom was fantastic with everything you will need including washing machine. Lounge area had great comfortable couch with another big screen of v with DVD player. We cooked meals in the kitchen most nights everything there you will need. Highly Highly recommend this property.

My partner and I had an amazing experience and this beautiful little airbnb. The guest house is completely seperate and brand new. We could come and go as we pleased without any disturbances. They had even left a small box of chocolates on our bed with a heart to make our Valentines weekend extra special. I would recommend this place to anyone. Overall amazing, 5 stars

Very close to the city with 3 stops by train, we were able to go to various places! The kitchen was very easy to use and I enjoyed cooking myself. The rooms were very clean overall and the bathroom and bedroom were really nice spaces! The landlord is very kind and there is no worry about crime prevention ^ _ ^

Awesome apparently on 22nd floor!! Nice view onto the city and large windows wich provide nice natural light :) Also very happy that there already was washing powder and 2 sets of towels.

Nice appartment with a stunning view. The keybox for checking-in is at another place (about 10 min. drive from the appartment) - this might confuse, but the instructions was very clear, so we found it easily.

This was a really beautiful place. The views from the apartment were amazing, and the location was really convenient. The place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It would have been great to also get the instructions link perhaps texted to me, because it was a bit hard to find them on the day. However, overall I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a relaxing, nice place to stay near Adelaide central.

Our stay was above and beyond what we expected. Jane was a wonderful host and we felt very welcomed the day we arrived until the day we checked out. I would highly recommend staying in Jane’s accommodations if you are ever in Adelaide.

Do not hesitate to book this accommodation. Jane and Graham are superb hosts who go the extra mile.

Jane's studio is in a great location. It is comfortable and clean. The little extras she provided each day were a welcome bonus. The hot tub was super especially after a long flight from the U.K. The jetty by the beach was a short walk the restaurant has a great menu. The Metro into adelaide was convenient reasonable we didn't miss having a car. We would recommend Jane's place if you don't want to be in the city.

Our stay with Jane was great. Very close to Grange beach (within walking distance) and 15min drive to the city. Very clean both inside and in our outside area, everything easy to use and check-in was super easy. Jane came out and greeted us and explained the spa which is immaculately kept. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if available on our next trip!

Good sized fun house, funky fun touches.. the bed just off the lounge was so comfortable... good bed linen and plenty of towels. Nice shower room, very spacious. User manual and tips very good. Tram and train station within 10 minutes walk and plenty of ubers. Great and very tidy outdoor space. We all loved it 😊

The Spotted cow has more cows to offer than you could poke a stick at. It’s location next to Town makes it really easy for Public transport to get pretty much anywhere. It is also a great location if you have your own vehicle however getting in and out the driveway can be hard during the day. There is a fare amount of foot traffic around the area from being next door to the community food bank and the Plant 4 food market.

This is such a quaint but roomy home. Well fitted out, comfortable beds and close to buses and trams. A $10 Uber ride to the centre of Adelaide. Some nice, unexpected touches in a suburb that was once factories and is now quite smart.

Within walking distance to tram and entertainment centre, safe location and close to Bowden market. The town house was modern and tidy. Had everything we needed for a week stay.

My partner and I have stayed in many AirBnB’s before but we’ve not had an experience as great as Julie’s home. To start with the location is perfect to navigate Adelaide. It’s a very short walk to Plant 4 Marketplace and only 15 minute drive to Port Adelaide or Henley Beach/Grange. It’s also just on the outskirts of the CBD so a very quick drive/Uber into the city. The home itself is magnificent. The house is adorned in beautiful pieces of art and has all the equipment/amenities needed for a comfy stay. Including functioning air con! It’s also well secured overall. We also had our pooch with us who loved the backyard and the fact he was very welcome in the place. The most amazing value AirBnB in a perfect location. Thanks Julie. PS. Winston says to thank the dogs for lending him the yard!

The house was sparkling clean with complete amenities, close to train st as well. The only downside is smart tv in room no 2 was a bit hard to use other than that, amazing stay!

Kee is an amazing host with a beautiful functional home. The guests i shared the house were all completely different people. Homey,stylist clean and functional for any travel needs.

Kee is a very warm, friendly and helpful host. His place is meticulously tidy and is very close to PT. I would certainly not hesitate in recommending Kee’s home when in Adelaide. In fact, I would go so far as to say he puts the “Rad” in Radelaide!

The house is new, the bedroom is confortable. The big tv and the frigde in the bedroom help a lot! Kee is a wonderful host. He helps us in everything that we need. He is friendly and funny. The house is very close of the train station, only 10 minutes from the city. The house has three bedrooms for guests and Kee works at home, so there are often people around to talk and share experiences. If you like silence and want to rest, the place should be not good for you, but if you are friendly and if you like to make friends and know people this is the perfect place. The house is cleaned every Monday and generally it is a cleaned and tidy place. Thank you Kee for all that you do for us! I really recommend his house.

Super convenient place and really well equipped (coffee, tea, a whole fridge for yourself, air con, fan, snacks and much more). Also Debbie is very nice and helpful.

Debbie took good care of us and sure that we felt like home. Appreciated that we got a snack corner in our room with our own kettle. I got sick during the stay and it wasn’t that bad when you lie on a comfortable bed with your own TV. Strongly recommended!! Felt like 5-star hotel!

In checking the things I liked most I, after some thought, left out stylish. It doesn't need to be stylish, certainly in appearance, as the style is in the good, much better than basic, down to Earth Aussie hospitality. I was tired when I arrived after my flight from Europe; I'd been struggling with sciatica for too long and was spaced out. Big welcome from Debbie. She showed me the room, quickly explained the "Goodies" in the bedroom that kept me going until I'd visited the local shops and put fresh food into the "Guest Fridge" - a whole fridge (Next time I'll try and get for a month!) My initial feeling that it might be a trek into the city was unfounded and based on no research other than finding a venue reasonably close to the wedding I was going to. One bus only five minutes walk away, another around ten and the metro stop a little more. My back kept me fairly inactive for much of the time. No problem. Neighbours seem friendly as did another guest at the house. I even realised when talking one morning that I referred to "home". Thanks Debbie. I think all of the AirBnB places I've been to have been good, this definitely the best

Excellent stay. We stayed 10 days and everything went perfectly well. The bus to the center is very close. The room very nice with small touches inside (tea, coffee, noodle, kettle etc). I highly recommend !

Great location in the city and great amenities of pool,gym & spa. Wifi only worked from 2pm onwards each day. Apartment was very modern with local artwork and very comfortable- will definitely use this apartment again.

Dee and Ben provided the best hospitality, which made me feel like home. Stylish and clean house and you'll definitely enjoy spending your time at their house. The house itself is not far away for the city, just a few min drive. Street parking available but is a narrow street so you might struggle a bit if you're driving a bigger car (SUV etc). The dog is super cute and friendly. Highly recommended.

When you book, you may think that this is just a 'basic' place. It's a home, a very effective sharehouse. Hosts and other guests respect one's privacy, but can be very social. The outdoor area is excellent for hanging out during summer. I actually miss the cats too. The furnishings in the room are basic, but you have everything you need. Aircon, fresh air, a complete kitchen, big screen for Netflix. Human company, animal company. Close to Dudley Park station. Also walkable from Ovingham. Recommend getting cheap food from Food works in Brompton shopping centre. Crumbed fish is three dollars :)

Great place. Kee Fai goes out of his way to make sure everything is ok. Some minor inconveniences as construction is still being done throughout the day, but the price reflects that. Easy to get into the city. The place is in a quite suburb.

Loved my stay at Caroline's! The location is quiet but in perfect placing - easy, quick walk to the tram where you can go directly into the city and to Glenelg. The bed was very comfortable and I had an amazing night's sleep

Worth to live

Standard hotel accommodation with all the amenities one would need. Staff was always present and very helpful. Hotel has a pool, spa and modest gym. Tram line is located just outside, which made it very easy to get around town. Highly recommend!

The place was amazing! Very close to where I needed to be during my stay. Facilities were kept sparkling clean, and it was quite spacious. Loved the extra amenities e.g. washing machine. Phyu was a fantastic host who had prompt and clear responses! Looking forward to staying here next time I visit Adelaide!

Modern, clean apartment in a fabulous location. Close to Tram, Entertainment Centre and local amenities that Bowen and Hindmarsh has to offer. You can walk or cycle to the city via the parklands along the River Torrens. Phyu was helpful and quick to respond to queries.

Large apartment which had everything we needed for our short stay in Adelaide. I would highly recommend Phyu's apartment she communicated well and even met us for a late check in.

I have stayed at Lisa’s place for one month. The place is just amazing! Lisa and Roger are very welcoming and friendly. The location is great, very easy to reach the CBD.

Absolutely the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Noel and Valerie were really lovely hosts, and the place was nice and clean, and had everything we needed. A really nice breakfast was also included. And the outside garden area was gorgeous. With about 5 km to the city center, the placement is also good. Most definitely worth it!!

Had a delightful stay in beautiful garden cottage, Valerie and Noel are amazing hosts with so many thoughtful touches, from cupboard and fridge stocked with some true Aussie breakfast snacks to cellphone chargers, plug adaptors, sensor night lights and more. Would highly recommend to book your next stay with Valerie and Noel.

We returned to Noel & Valerie's house and cannot help but confirming the previous review: this is a great place. The apartment is comfortable and the garden witnesses the owners' passion and class. We couldn't have found a better place to start and conclude our travel.

Zacs place was great, it doesn't feel like a studio apartment at all, as it was so spacious. There was cereal and other stuff for cooking so it had all the extras we needed. The next time we're in Adelaide we will be staying again.

Marina and Zac are incredibly warm hosts. We felt very comfortable. The room and the equipment are great. The city centre can be reached quickly with the free bus. Very recommendable!

This was a lovely studio apartment, comfortable bed with everything we needed. Zac and Marina were on hand whenever we needed them and we were made to feel very welcome. The location was great, close to lovely restaurants and not too far from the city. E will definitely be coming back whenever we return to Adelaide!

A perfect base for exploring Adelaide in a quiet area with space to park the hire car, yet just a short walk to the Botanic Gardens and cultural precinct, and 2 minutes from a lovely little cafe for lunch or breakfast. Marysia was a delight to talk to, check-in a breeze, and accommodation stylish yet comfortable. We would be very happy to stay again!

The location is very close to Botanic park and can be easily reached by walking path. Have fun enjoying Botanicgarden. There is also an art gallery, museum, shopping for north terrace. There are small gardens in front of and behind, there are very beautiful flowers, it is very comfortable to live here.

Super welcoming and friendly. 10/10 stay The bed was super comfy also, neighbourhood was lovely and quiet and over head fan in the bedroom was a welcome touch on top of air conditioning if needed. English cottages are good and the hosts are very trustworthy, well-traveled, educated and warm middle-aged people who can spoil you with good tips and a lot of hospitality, but also leave you alone.

Marysia’s home is welcoming and spotlessly clean. Marysia is a warm and generous host who communicates well. She was understanding and flexible when I made a mistake with dates and days. This was much appreciated.

It’s simply the best Airbnb place I have ever stayed. Strongly recommend.
