Pretty enclosed private garden with stream. 10 minute walk to the stunning Brook Beach and 10 minute walk to the Sun Inn Pub. Nearest shop in Brighstone, 5 minute drive. Superb cycle routes, coastal paths and down-land walks, all on the doorstep. Surfing, kite-surfing on Brook and Compton Beaches. Car parking for one car. The cottage is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Quercus, our annex, is a self contained one bedroom cottage, lounge, patio, kitchen, walk-in shower and dedicated parking set within an AONB. However not too far from local amenities and the town of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight. 200 yards from bus stop and local pub within 20 mins walk. Prospective guests should note that the cottage is accessed by 2 steps to the front door and the same applies to accessing the rear garden. Once inside there are no further steps.

Converted from a former milking parlour in 199, Orchard has been hosting guests ever since. Perfect for families and guests with pets, Orchard is comfortable and well-equipped for a wonderful stay. Although Mattingley is no longer a working farm, we do keep some pedigree Jacob's sheep, alpacas and sometimes pigs. The farm is located in the rural West Wight with easy access to great walking, cycling and beaches.
