The barn has a dining room with a black kitchen, a room with a double bed, a loft with two beds and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has double shower with window to be able to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool and river. And a setting with a monumental complex made up of a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian settlement just 5 minutes away. Spectacular! Cal Prat is a former 18th-century country house located in the small hamlet of El Soler, in the municipal area of Calonge de Segarra, 1 hour from Barcelona. A meticulous restoration has allowed us to preserve all the rooms and features typical of an old farmhouse, such as the pantry, the wine cellar, the stable, the bread oven, the fireplace, etc. You can also enjoy a heated swimming pool with a sun terrace where you can swim, sunbathe, read, and more.

La Farraja de Cal Farrés, a country house 1 hour from BCN

La Farraja is a rural house at the foot of the garden, it is spacious and is all on one floor, it has a capacity for 6 people, and it is also accessible for the disabled. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with dining room and kitchen. You can also enjoy the garden, the BBQ, the game room and the pool - in a second adjoining garden. The outdoor spaces are shared with our other house, Les Corts, which has 2 double bedrooms.

The estate has several houses for the staff, our family, and another exclusive one for our guests with the following rooms: Garden: swimming pool and porches, dining/lounge area, where you can relax and enjoy. Main floor: living room, dining room and reading area with fireplace. Kitchen. First floor: two bedrooms (single beds) and a shared bathroom for both bedrooms. Second floor: two bedrooms (double beds), each with its own en-suite bathroom.
