The house is located in the Lucchese countryside, in the Carignano area, in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, but at the same time close to the city center and all services. The old farmhouse has been divided into eight individual apartments, each with its own exclusive garden, as well as a large common park with a swimming pool shared with the guests of the other apartments. Being in the countryside, the access road is very characteristic but narrow and unpaved (suitable for any type of vehicle).

We are 200 meters from the medieval walls and the historic center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We are located in a very quiet residential area, but very close to shops and a pharmacy. The house is fully air conditioned with split in both bedrooms and in the kitchen. It is our custom to provide the house with a welcome kit for the needs of the first few days, so that our guests can provide for their needs without urgency. Inside the farm, there is the old renovated farmhouse (obtaining 3 units) respecting the rustic Tuscan style: terracotta floors and wooden beam ceilings. The GIRASOLE apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room with a sofa and TV, a double bedroom, a small bedroom, and a bathroom. Swimming pool and other recreational areas within the farm.
