Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. BREATHTAKING VIEW ON THE ARCHIPELAGO Charming apartment,furnished in ethnic style,with every comfort,in an old cottage just renovated according to the bioarchitecture,amidst the Mediterranean bush in the most beautiful part of Elba island with breathtaking views on the Tuscan archipelago and (email hidden) a.s.l.,overlooking famous Cavoli beach. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and divan bed for two persons,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a large outside patio for eating and sunbathing. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

Pink villa with pool/Elba Island

The villa is located 50 m from the sea, in the private area of Capo d'Arco, 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Capoliveri, which are very lively in the evening. Immersed in a 6000 sqm garden full of Mediterranean scrub, centenary olive trees, pines, cypress trees and overlooking the cliff, has a relaxation area equipped with a swimming pool with salt water overlooking the bay and a 180° view of the sea. It is shared with the 4/6 guests of the Main Villa in the area. It's not a place for very lively children.

Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

The house is bright, overlooking the sea, in a naturalistic area surrounded by the scents of Mediterranean vegetation and the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea The beach can be reached with a 4-minute walk downhill. Access to the two pool areas (one overlooking the sea, with seawater and the other among the vegetation) is free. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available for a fee. In the residence there is a bar and restaurant open in the summer Wi-fi, parking, garage. Ferry discount.

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer you never get tired of sitting on the balcony admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or that leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... after a few days you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

Casa Chiara Elba Island Naregno

The house, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a full kitchen and sofa bed, the two bedrooms with large ceiling fans, have double beds, the bathroom complete with services, has a comfortable shower with glass. The outdoor patio has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with a table and chairs/deckchairs Naregno beach, about 250 metres away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Ideal for spending days at the beach without having to use the car.

La Casa di Laura, Elba Island

on the Cavo waterfront, in a unique position, newly built attic with exposed beams, extremely bright, with large shady terrace overlooking the sea; large outdoor spaces, a short walk from the village and the delightful marina. The beach in front is free while a little further on there is a small bathing area equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and nearby you can rent bikes, scooters, cars and dinghies.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
