Exceptional sea view villa private beach access

We rent our large, very spacious, recently-built architect's house. Located facing the sea with exceptional and breathtaking views. Direct beach access, large garden. Fully-equipped. Being east/west facing, with a view through, you will enjoy the sunset for an aperitif on the terrace. And south-facing for lunch and dinner facing the sea. Downtown and shopping on foot. Departure from the house on foot for beautiful hikes all around Carantec and/or to Callot Island.

Walking beach, edge of the village. Eighties house in cul-de-sac and quiet area close to the center and Le Clouet beach. Nice view shared between sea and countryside (view of the golf course of which it is one of the closest houses, the bay and the woods that line the entrance to the bay of Morlaix ) Overlooking a 350 m2 Garden. Small pleasant terrace for peaceful lunches. In winter, comfort of a pellet stove. TV. Adaptable hours for weekends upon request.

The exterior of the red-toned loft structure is viewed from a sandy shoreline. Large glass doors are framed by greenery and a stone wall, with the beach and coastal rocks leading toward the water. A tree stands prominently nearby, complementing the coastal landscape.

Le Chantier d'Ernest – 4-bedroom waterfront loft

In 2016, the former shipyard of our great-grandfather Ernest was renovated by our parents, Brigitte and Claude, to make a 3 bedroom loft, living to the rhythm of the tides. Feet in the water, the construction site enjoys a magnificent 180° view, a terrace surrounding the shed... ideal for aperitif time!:) A sea view hot tub for 6 people will relax you after a beautiful day of walking on the Carantec walking trails. We welcome you like at home!

Beautiful apartment - 52 m2 sea view, renovated and tastefully decorated. You will stay in the Port de Carantec, with restaurants and the sublime beach of La Grève Blanche neaby. You can walk to Ile Callot and GR34 from the apartment. The city center is also within walking distance (10 min), bus line July / August.
