Ménage non inclus. Les frais de ménage sont utilisés pour avoir une partie fixe. En supplément : + eau et électricité (par jour 4 à 6€) + €1 par personne. Gîte 50m2, rez-de-chaussée, entrée indépendante, à côté maison propriétaires. Pièces : entrée, cuisine, 1 chambre, salle de bain. Pas rénové récemment mais propre. Parking gratuit devant le gîte. Haut-Jura, pleine nature (sur les hauteurs de Bellefontaine, à proximité du Risoux). Interdiction de fumer dans le gîte ET à proximité du gîte.

The 65 m² cottage with wood stove is located 900 m from the center of Chapelle des Bois (altitude 1080 m) where you will find restaurants, a grocery store, organic cheese and sports and liquor stores. This furnished property was built on the foundations of the old gentian distillery where 4 generations succeeded each other to distill gentian brandy. Cross-country ski slopes as well as mountain biking or walking trails are accessible from the cottage.
