It has 1 king size bed, a closet, full size bathroom, and a kitchenet with sink, 2-burner stove, a fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. It also has a Smart TV and WiFi. There can be NO SMOKING. North of Chappell Hill, this historic home has a chef’s kitchen and 4 downstairs bedrooms, each with bath access. The 5th en suite bedroom with bath and sitting area is upstairs. My hope is minutes away from wedding venues. It is close to Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park , Brenham and Round Top. (Kyle Field in College station is 35 minutes away.)
