Great central location. Lovely new bathroom and kitchen, which is very well equipped.

Stayed in this house for 4 days with my two children. This house is a stone's throw away from Cowes high street with so many things on your doorstep as well as an M&S food hall just behind the house. Those house was meticulously clean, kitchen had everything you could need and the shower is great. Would recommend to any family.

Perfect crew house for 4/5 people. The cottage is newly redecorated (very nicely done), including new beds and mattresses and very well kitted. Lovely little courtyard with table and chairs. Great location very close to shops, bars restaurant and all the marinas. Sam was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to check out once we finished racing rather than in the morning, and flexible on arrival time for key delivery to our unpredicatability. Highly recommended.

Very good location, in a quiet terrace but within walking distance of the centre of Cowes, Sainsburys, M&S etc, and anywhere on the Island can be reached within a 30-40 minute drive. The house interior seems to have been recently done up, and beautifully decorated. There is a good sized kitchen diner opening onto a good-sized garden for a property of this size, with decking and outdoor dining. The living room is cosy, but well appointed, and the TV system has Netflix available if you have an account. Master bedroom is a good size and comfortable bed. The twin bedroom is in the eaves but was fine for our children aged 10 and 13, and there is a spare bed available in the living room. The host was not around, but communication was excellent, the house was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and a range of ready meals had been left in the freezer to be replaced if used (likewise, juice, condiments, dishwasher tabs, etc). Be aware that there is a washing machine, but no drier, although there are inside and outside drying racks, and in the good weather this wasn't an issue. Also, although on street parking is available for £1 day, there are a limited number of places on the street and you may need to find somewhere in a nearby street (or there is a pay and display car park on the road). All in all, this was a great place to stay and a perfect example of an AirBnB property.

A beautiful cottage in Cowes. Just a couple of minutes walk to the high street for shops, restaurants and the waterside yet not on a busy street. Lovely little garden to sit in during warm weather. A few welcome bits in the kitchen are a nice touch. The house is neat and clean and has all you need to make it home from home. Although we didn't meet Andrew he was very helpful and communicated very well through the whole process, he even helped me to make a business connection. Would definitely recommend!

What a lovely cottage! Everything is immaculate and super comfortable. Wight cottage is also very convenient. Less than five minutes to the little high street where you will find everything you need. Plus it's a great base for exploring the island. Andrew is also an excellent host and responded to all our queries swiftly.

This was our first airbnb experience and it was fantastic. Just what the photos show and perfect location. The breakfast in the fridge was such a lovely added extra. We have 2 girls and will definitely be looking to come down with them to stay there at some point. I would recommend it to anyone!

The Cabin is situated right in the center of Cows. It is lovely and clean, even with the location very central it is so nice and quiet at night. There is no parking by the cabin but really easy to part within a five minute walk. It is very cozy, relaxing and really well equipped. I would highly recommend for a base to go and explore the Isle of Wight.

Really perfect house and base for a holiday. Two large, light filled bedrooms, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, garden, a bathroom and a loo. Great value.

This is a real gem. It's literally round the corner from the boat bridge, a quick walk from the center of Cowes and is very quiet and secluded. A very attractive and sympathetically styled home with a wonderful south facing garden. A highlight for us was enjoying wine on the terrace in the evening sun after our little one was in bed.

Nothing can be complained. Will choose it again in the future.

We had a lovely stay in this house. The location was great and it was quiet. The house is a short walk into Cowes town centre and all it has to offer. The hosts were great at communicating and gave some nice tips for our stay.

Great place to stay overlooking the marina in Cowes. We really enjoyed watching the boats coming and going in the Solent. The house is very centrally located and just a few minutes walk from Cowes centre, which we also enjoyed exploring. The house also looks much better in the flesh than in the photos, with a really high spec finish. Overall great place to stay and fantastic value.

We had a great time at this lovely 'upside down' house! We were met by the friendly Housekeeper and given keys and shown where to park. The views from the top floor balcony were amazing! So relaxing to sit and watch the boats go by on the Solent. The house itself was spotless and well equipped and suited our varied needs perfectly (there were 6 of us ranging from 1yo to 67yo). The location was fab - 2 min walk to the water (great crabbing spots!) and 5 min walk to the shops. Communication was swift and helpful and overall I would very much recommend booking this house with Cristina and Nils. We wouldn't hesitate to book again on our next trip to Isle of Wight.

Christina & Nils's place is such a fantastic house to stay, especially the amazing sea view, we even felt like no need to go out, just go to the balcony and the beautiful sea and sky will be in our eyes! Very clean, cosy. We've all enjoyed our stay in Isle of Wight and had a wonderful time!

What amazing views! Perfect location right in the centre of Cowes, without being in the main noisy areas. Rooms are nice and big and airy. Beds were more comfortable than our ones at home! Two bathrooms means no queues but the bottom floor shower only ran hot so not suitable for children. House had everything we needed (dishwasher!) and when we noticed a couple of things we could do with (more tea towels and a clothes airer) they were delivered the next day! How's that for great service! The decor was nautical so it made you feel like you were in a proper sailing household. 'Sharky' in the middle floor bedroom took a bit of getting used to :-D It felt like a real home from home which is what we were looking for so the children felt settled on holiday. Just a note to say the parking space is a bit tight (need to be an expert reverser!) but to have off road parking this close to the centre is a luxury. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone with children (stairgate provided) looking for a central base in Cowes. Might need to bring a travel blackout blind because of the north facing windows.

What a lovely place this is! Perfect views and such a well laid out house to really make the most of the accommodation. We loved it! The house could not be closer to the goings on in COWES. It is set back enough to feel like you are in the heart of residential but close enough that just a few minutes walks sees you in the midst of it all. Eating great fish and chips with views over the solent or grabbing a lovely ale at one of the many public houses. I have never stayed in the same AirBnB twice but that may change!!

Karren, was an excellent host, the apartment is in an amazing easy location for Cowes & access to the Red Jet Ferry, Although the weather was horrid, having a warm and cozy place to stay made our brief weekend a wonderful success. Also good to have our own door, give us all the independence needed.

Karren made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. The studio was clean, modern and just like the photos. The studio is conveniently located in the center of town and quiet at night.

We had a great weekend staying at Karren's apart. It was a lovely apartment in a great central location only seconds from the high street of Cowes. Karren had kindly stocked up the cupboards with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. She was on hand to meet us to hand over keys and was able to give us useful local information about parking and amenities.

Karen was a great host! Even though we didn't get a chance to meet, Karen was prompt with communication prior to our visit and arranged for her cleaner to meet us when we arrived, which worked out perfectly. I would definitely recommend Karen's cosy flat for a long weekend in Cowes as it is minutes from the high street and the passenger ferry too. Karen also provided milk and biscuits too which was a lovely addition.

Lovely family home, very hospitable and helpful

I totally recommend Rowena's accommodation. She is a very special person,and her family is just as great as she is. Alex is a little Angel and Charlie is an adorable little gentleman. Forest is a lovely dog,he is very quiet and well behaved. I enjoyed every day at their home, I was treated as a member of the family and I am very grateful for all the hospitality given to me. The location is just perfect, all is near and the room is beautiful and comfortable. I am totally happy and satisfied with Rowena's accommodation.

It was a warm welcome and information where needed. Breakfast was ready every morning. And a cozy set of kids. Shame there was no shower in the room. Also because there was one toilet. So the plumbing connections are all there. And must be still found space to save all those moving elsewhere.

Lovely place in a very convenient location. Just a 2 minute walk to the centre of West Cowes. The beds were comfy, the kitchen is well stocked (the picnic kit was extremely useful!) and the living room is comfortable. Also, check in is very easy.

We had a lovely weekend in Sam's house - easy to find and perfect location. Lovely garden but sadly for us the weather didn't allow us to make the most of it! Only thing is there is only one bathroom and there were 8 of us (This is mentioned in the listing so no fault of Sam's at all) but just something to bear in mind if you are a big group! Fab location! Stone throw from the high street, cozy flat, comfy beds! We had a great time away... We had some slight confusion when the air bnb address given was slightly different to the true address, but Jane approached us to guide us in the right direction.

Richard's sailboat is a delightfully unique place to stay for a visit to Cowes. This is not a fancy yacht; she is a historic wooden boat with a fascinating history. The opportunity to take her out for a sunset sail was great, plus we got to meet some interesting people and learn a few things about sailing as well. Richard was very helpful and communicative.

It is a wonderful and unique place to stay we would recommend this lovely boat to anyone.. very comfortable beds! Lovely to sit and watch all the boats coming in and out of the harbour.. and close to all the shops and pubs etc.. used the water taxi lots which is also right next to the marina. Lovely weekend bolt hole!

We were a group of 6 adults staying onboard Ursula. We absolutely loved her! Really beautiful boat with some intriguing history, which we learned during our safety briefing at check-in. We were well looked after by Bernie, who showed us how everything worked and checked in on us during our stay. Cabins were very comfortable, with clean, fresh bedding that seemed new, with nice fluffy towels and all the mod cons we needed. We had a lovely time sitting on deck watching the ferries and yachts go past. Ursula is moored on the edge of the marina, where it's more exposed to choppier waters (especially when the car ferries go past). This didn't cause us any significant problems, but is worth bearing in mind for anyone who suffers from motion sickness. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique holiday in Cowes.

This place is fantastic! This was our first stay in an airbnb and we couldn't have asked for a better way to start. Our host was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. The house is beautiful and the attention to detail is just right. A perfect place for a family or a group of friends. And ideally located just a five minute or so walk from the centre of Cowes and the red jet terminal. We had a great stay and we'll be back again.

Susan's place suited me really well. It's right in the centre of Cowes and yet quiet and private. Everything is really well thought out and works well. A lovely courtyard at the back to sit out in.

A nice, small, narrow cottage directly in Cowes. Our first impression: Like a doll's house. And yet located in a quiet side street. With a small living-dining area (which was a bit cramped for five people, since one had to show the dining table into the living room in), a small well-equipped kitchen, a very nice bathroom and two cozy bedrooms. The small terrace we used well in the fine weather. What is a pity is that the lower level has little outside view. Cowes is a small, nice town with many Pups. We have often made us towards "open sea" on the other side of the island on the way. There we found the very different beaches and cliffs especially pretty.

Central and lovely the cottage was everything we thought it would be and more! Highly recommended!

Caroline and Brian were the perfect hosts in a fantastic home. It is beautifully furnished with a really comfortable bed and a great bathroom. There were loads of little extras too; toiletries, bottled water, a coffee machine in our room with fresh milk and even pancakes for breakfast one morning! The house is set on a quiet street very close to the centre of Cowes and was a great base for us for 4 nights. It felt more like a boutique hotel than someone's spare room. Thanks very much for a fantastic stay. Room was superb. Caroline and Brian were amazing hosts. Would absolutely recommend anyone staying here. Room and extra features were great and the bathroom was just awesome!

We enjoyed our brief stay with Caroline and Brian who were really friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was lovely with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was super with a great double shower! Brian was very helpful in the morning after we had a minor disaster with our breakfast.

Due to an unexpected change of plans we needed somewhere to stay for a night and got accepted by Caroline and Brian on very short notice. The room is superb with great bed and furniture, coffee machine and Netflix access. The restroom has a double shower and tub. Hosts are very friendly and nice.

The bedroom and the shared bathroom are in absolute immaculate condition. Very clean and very sophisticated decorating furnishing. This bedroom has plenty of space for three adults. Will recommend to anyone who would like a bit of walking. Within 10/15 minutes walking you can get to town centre and the ferry crossings.

Holly and Stuart's apartment is lovely - centrally located in West Cowes, it made a great pad for our 4-night stay during the Cowes Week. I would definitely go there again.

You cannot go wrong staying here but I guess it all depends on what you want. This end of the island seems a bit more upmarket than other parts of the island, I could be wrong but that was just the impression we got. Many quaint little eateries and mini farm shops as well as specialist interior bits and bobs. The hosts are really nice people and are always available for anything you may need. Apartment itself is nice, clean and compact. Everything is there to get you started, even down to hand soap! My next visit, this is the first property I would check to see availability! Wonderful flat in the heart of W.Cowes, right by the sea, with side views. Holly was very kind to allow me to leave the bags earlier. The flat is new, has all needed amentities, with nice design touches and warmth. Enjoyed every moment of my stay during Cowes Regatta. At the moment there is no wifi.
