We invite you to our apartment, which is located in the historic mining estate of Nikiszowiec in Katowice. Nikiszowiec - an architectural gem inscribed on the UNESCO list of monuments, is one of the biggest tourist attractions in the region. The apartment is located on one of the most photogenic streets of the historic estate (view of the church tower). The apartment has an area of about 50 sq meters, and is perfect for couples, solo travelers or, for example, a group of friends.

The cottage has two rooms upstairs and a large living room on the ground floor, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious terrace, where barbecuing should be a great pleasure, and guests have at their exclusive disposal a sauna and a garden hot tub with a view of the forest. Located in an old industrial area in Sosnowiec, the loft on chemiczna street provides a very confortable living room (39m2) with 2 convertible sofas and 2 large bedrooms (17m2 ). There are 2 separate bathrooms with a shower and a WC. The flat is confortable for 8 people but we can add 2 folding beds for children in the bedrooms. The kitchen is located in a vast hallway. The living room is equiped with a baby foot, an arcade machine and other games. VAT invoice provided.

Cozy near Spodek Arena

Comfortable apartment for one or two people, located less than a kilometre from Spodek (approx. a 12-minute walk). This isn’t a typical hotel room, but my private flat, which I use when I’m in Katowice. I would be delighted if, during your stay, you felt at home and treated this place with care. There is an office area at your disposal: a desk, a comfortable armchair, a monitor, and a USB charger. There is a paid, secure car park nearby (4 minutes’ walk).
