Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Relax with family or friends in this gem of a summer house. It is owned and renovated by a family with attention to detail. There is ample opportunity to have a lot of cozy moments on the couch in front of the fireplace, or in the large garden. The house consists of two rooms, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom. Rental prices are excluding consumption, charged for spent water and electricity. Consumption is charged after the end of the stay through Airbnb. Nice annex in romantic style. The house is 36 sqm. Kitchen, living room, dining area and bedroom in one, in addition, there is a bathroom with shower. Terrace with outdoor furniture. The house is located in scenic area in the part called "old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are lovely shops and good eateries. Electricity is charged on site. In 2023 new windows and doors as well as a heat pump. The house has a cozy alcove, perfect for reading books, watching dvd movies (classics for kids and adults). The garden offers a trampoline, playhouse and sandbox, as well as a covered terrace. The house includes bicycles, so you can bike a ride in Bøtøskoven, where there are wild horses! Bring your own bed linens and towels You are expected to clean yourself after the stay.

Charming blue cottage close to lovely beach

Valhøjhuset is a lovely little holiday home, located at the end of a long driveway on a peaceful plot naturally bordered by trees and bushes, and only 500 meters from the wide and child-friendly sandy beach. There is a bedroom with a large double bed (180 cm wide), and another sofa bed for 1-2 people in the kitchen / living room (can be made to 140 cm). Enjoy long walks on the beach, and not least the small private blue house with secluded and covered terrace with barbecue and direct forest views.
