Lot is serene, beautiful, & offers privacy. It is within walking distance to the lake. Main driveway accommodates multiple vehicles, & overflow driveway has space for more. Street parking is not allowed.

Volleyball court and horse shoes are right outside your door! Boat launch is available right across the street from Lake Arbutus and provides great fishing year round. ATV trails are right next to the resort and are well groomed. Blacktops roads make for great bicycling!
