Steps to the lake. Fishing! Water rights, the boat ramp is one house away. Ten minutes to Havana for restaurants, shopping, river access. Dixon Mounds is 20 minutes north. Forty-five minutes from Peoria and one hour from Springfield. The sunsets and the peace and quiet are worth the stay. Pets are allowed, $75.

Unit 2, is a spacious studio unit that sleeps up to 4 (queen sized bed & queen sized pull-out sleeper sofa). The original tile floors at the entryway to the building and the exposed brick walls within the unit mesh well with the exposed ductwork, fully-appointed kitchen, trendy "barn door sliders" and modern fixtures and flooring.
