Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

The Rose Capital Studio is a unique and inspiring space. Rose Capital Studio features a 9ft wide ceiling-mounted 'backdrop' and movie projector which is perfect for entertainment. The space includes beautiful large windows, exposed concrete beams, and a private sauna for relaxation. As impressive as the space is, the best feature is likely our location. The studio is located right in the middle of Downtown - in walking distance from so many of Tyler’s best coffee-shops, restaurants, & bars.

Sits on the edge of a cow pasture where cows moo(DO NOT FEED, they’re large and can hurt you, NOT RESPONSIBLE for people who have messed with cows.) Also has a pond with ducks that quack. This rustic, yet elegant guest house is located in the heart of Carthage. Looking for a romantic getaway? We’ve hosted anniversary couples, honeymooners, and even a proposal! It’s also a restful stop on a trip or a great place to unwind. Go shopping at the quaint downtown stores or just stay in the cozy house and watch movies on the big screen. Speaking of movies, Bernie was made about a famous criminal who worked at the funeral home next door. Come explore the infamous small town!

Private suite w/King bed & great shower!

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

The DawsonHouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a country home with a spacious yard. It has nearby country roads to ride bikes, walk, or run. The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. If you want to bring a pet, contact the owner. There will be a pet fee. This is a nonsmoking property.

This cabin is just steps from the water on beautiful Lake Naconiche, just minutes from Nacogdoches and SFA. It features cozy bedding, heated bathroom floors, a full sized kitchen, and a living room area. Our property is gated and has a private dock with water access. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a fishing trip, this property is for you. The Lake Naconiche Park & boat ramp is about a half mile away…best spot on the lake!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene wooded area of the piney woods of East Texas. Unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine on our deck overlooking the canopy of trees. 1 Queen Bed. 2 twin pullout couches. Coffee available in cabin. Microwave and fridge on site.
