OPEN 20 March 2026 Nestled in the mountains of Nara and Yoshino, surrounded by greenery, lies a quiet, traditional Japanese-style inn, where only one group is accommodated per day: B&B Morino Akari.(The name means "Light of the Forest") ⚫︎ During your stay, breakfast and dinner prepared by the owner are included (see photos for reference). ⚫︎ We can also provide meals for pescatarians and vegetarians. The kitchen area is shared with Hotos.The rest of the property is for your exclusive use, and you can enjoy your time as freely as if you were renting the entire building. This spacious area, measuring approximately 230 m², can accommodate up to eight people.Ideal for family or group trips.There is also excellent access to Yoshinoyama, a popular cherry blossom viewing spot, and Kinnosuke-sanji Temple, a World Heritage Site. We have preserved the historic beams and tiled roof while creating a comfortable space for you to enjoy.The tranquillity of the mountains, the gentle light that shines at night.Here, you can enjoy a moment to forget about everyday life. To enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings, we recommend travelling by car. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but there is a convenience store, drug store, and supermarket within 5 minutes, which is very convenient. It is located at the foot of Mt. Ikoma, and you can see the Osaka plain from the observation deck. I will introduce you to recommended tourist spots and restaurants. Transportation to and from the nearest station is free at check-in and check-out. In addition, we will pick up and drop off guests in Osaka and Nara for an additional fee. The Home Check-in: 5 pm -　 Check-out: 10 am We will discuss check-in and check-out times with you. We can also discuss pets. I will give you the key in person. The entire first floor of a 3-story building is rented out as a 2LDK. Please enjoy your stay without worries. Interaction or communication during your stay Please let me know if you need anything. 《May 2019 TV can be watched.》 It is located 15 minutes on foot from Kyoto station. It will be lent to a Kyoto townhouse style building. I put the finest furniture and the finest bed. You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

A Satoyama Private Retreat in Nara

A private Satoyama retreat in the mountains of Nara, just 20 minutes from the city. This traditional one-group-per-day house is renovated with reclaimed wood and uses fresh mountain spring water. Enjoy hands-on cooking with organic rice and vegetables from our farm. Relax in a wood-fired bath, and in the morning experience a Japanese tea ceremony surrounded by nature. Recommended for couples, solo travelers, and families.
