This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the best time in nature, watching the stars in an infinity chair, taking a bath in the open air after a sauna, and having a BBQ. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. You can enjoy the private sauna with Satoyama Aroma Lowry as many times as you like during your stay. The terrace has an opening and closing awning, so you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace even if it rains a little. We recommend that you stay overnight and relax in the sauna and BBQ during the day. The BBQ, sauna, pizza pot, and fire pit, which were previously paid, are now all free of charge. Firewood is also free of charge. There are many popular spots nearby that are frequently featured on TV, such as Miyagase Dam, hot springs, Ogino Bread Factory, Hattori Ranch, cafes, and tree adventures.

It is a convenient location for those who want to use it as a base for sightseeing in Hakone or Kamakura, exploring the area, watching various sports (J league, B league, professional baseball, athletics, beach volleyball) and participating in competitions, as well as for remote work, and we recommend using it as a multipurpose space. We also provide cooking utensils for those who want to cook. There is a supermarket that sells fresh ingredients nearby, so you can also enjoy doing your own cooking. It's best to use it as if it were a villa in Hiratsuka. Although the COVID-19 pandemic is in a state of contraction, we continue to receive guidance from the health center, and at the same time, due to the impact of the war in Ukraine, we also receive guidance from the police as a counter-terrorism measure.
