Situated in a quiet, residential area a stone’s throw from the river Cam where you can follow the footpath into the centre of Cambridge with its multitude of cafes, bars, restaurants and stunning architecture. Off road parking, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and sofa/TV. Modern shower room. Bed linen is 100% cotton and a set of towels is provided for each guest. Tea and coffee provided.

We are located in the quiet conservation Village of Landbeach just North of the City of Cambridge, and just 3.7 miles from the renowned Cambridge Science Park & Business Park offering excellent links to M11, A14 (A1) and the A10 The City of Ely is 11 miles up the A10 The Park & Ride is 1.5miles away offering frequent busses into the city centre. Beautiful Apartment In Perfect Location

A well presented and spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment on a private, modern development. Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in/late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)

This is a great place to visit Cambridge , just a few miles away, in a quiet spot , with sole use, off road parking, in a village with many amenities nearby. However ,it is essential you contact us first if you are wanting to bring more than 2 people , or stay longer than 3 months, as we can offer some flexibility on this, but only by consultation, instant booking only applies to one or 2 guests for up to 90 days.Thanks

The Garden House is a quite new, single level, contemporary-style house. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen/living room. Bi-fold doors open onto the patio area and garden. The house sits in its own private garden and has parking for 2 cars. There is also an outbuilding (with tumble dryer and ironing facilities). The house is a calm oasis but only a few minutes from Cambridge and the Science Park.
