Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. Located on the west side of the lake off a quiet private drive with almost 100ft of lake frontage, there are few spots with a better view. Access to a private beach via a short drive or hilled walk with tennis courts, basketball court and beach volleyball. This 1 acre wooded lot includes an outdoor patio/kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a fire pit. Enjoy access to all Huletts Landing has to offer; par 3 golf course, ice cream shop and a bar (July/August). 5 minute drive to Black Mountain trail head. Off House, environmental friendly porta loo.
