Excellent new apartment, with panoramic view of Serra da Bolívia, just three flights of stairs, third floor, in the historic center of the city near the House of Culture, Municipal Cemetery, supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, restaurants and bakery. We value the silence, security and tranquility of our guests. Quiet neighborhood in the simplicity and peace of the interior of the state. We will be around if you need any help and will be happy to guide our guests about our city.
