Gold Legend Paukkula #1 Apartments Saariselkä on uusi edullisesti hinnoiteltu majoituskohde Saariselällä. Paukkula #1 on neljän asunnon rivitalon parvellinen päätyasunto omalla saunalla. Asunnossa on hyvin varusteltu keittiö, olohuone jossa 50" smart-TV sekä tunnelmallinen avotakka ja mukava vuodekulmasohva. Parvella on yksi 160cm parivuode sekä kaksi yhden hengen vuodetta. Parvitilan voi rajata verholla kahdeksi makuuhuoneeksi. Asunnossa on oma sisäänkäynti, kaksi ulkovarastoa sekä terassi.

Property is located 2km from the mainroad E75, only 12km from Saariselkä ski resort and 39km from the Ivalo Airport. Place is really easy to reach.

I renovated and furnished my home completely in 2023 with all modern amenities while preserving the traditional stone-built fireplace and Finnish sauna. With three beds upstairs and a large sofa bed downstairs, the accommodation is comfortable for various types of groups. The remote working space, fully equipped kitchen and laundry also make it ideal for a longer stay.

The apartment is renovated in the year 2017 and it is a part of the bigger building. It is located 400 meters from our home ( and the lake), 18 km from Inari (nearest grocery and restaurants) and 350 km from Rovaniemi. In the apartment you will find all normal facilities and sauna. This is a good place to see Northern Lights and beautiful nature is around you here. If you are interested to see how people really live in Lappland, but you also appreciate your own peace, this place is for you.

The cabin lies on an island, the last part needs to be walked over the ice (safe from mid-December till April) or rowed with our small rowing boat (included). This private little cottage is located next to the lake of Inari, but also only just 15 minutes drive away from the center of Ivalo. Beautiful lake and fell scenery opens straight away from the front door and sauna. Cottage has modern equipments for cozy living, a fireplace and wood-heated sauna. During the evenings you can hear huskies howling few kilometers away and hopefully spot the auroras dancing above the lake. Entrance to bathroom through cold veranda.
