We will provide tea and coffee amenities, breakfast items and fresh linen. The property is set in the sought after village of Kimington in East Devon on the border of Dorset. The village itself has two pubs, a garage and Miller's Farm Shop. It also backs onto Shute woods with numerous walking trails.

The barn is a 16th Century former dairy, 3 miles from Seaton and Axminister 7 miles from Lyme Regis. The barn has 2 bedrooms one shower room and a lounge/kitchen. The space now boasts a stunning open-plan, vaulted kitchen and living area with large bi-fold doors onto a private patio. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with ensuite shower room. Both the bedroom and living room have a stunning view down the valley towards the coast at Lyme Regis.

Little Firs is situated within the grounds of The Firs, which is set in 5 acres of woodland, gardens and Orchard offering peace and quietude, it has superb far reaching country views. Little Firs is located on the fringes of a beautiful village of Kilmington in East Devon on the border of Dorest. The hut has been built and individually designed by ourselves.
