Spacious above garage apartment with kitchen. Offers full bathroom, living room, eating space and bedroom and private entrance. There are two high quality sleeping sofas in the Air B and B. Walking distance to downtown. Near football stadium. Beautiful view of garden. Scenic area and view of town. Centrally located cozy cottage, near KU campus

I hope you enjoy staying at my place as much as I enjoy hosting. This cozy cottage was my first home, in which I recently updated. It is equipped with a full kitchen, single bathroom, washer and dryer, flat screen TV equipped with 100 mbps and Amazon Firestick and cable TV with 70 plus channels. In temperate months, I have a large fenced-in backyard and back deck for use. If you need anything at all, I am a phone call or message away.
