In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Relax with the family in our conveniently located home. We purchased and remodeled this 1930's bungalow keeping as many original features as possible. What started out as hobby, paired with Gothenburg's need for affordable lodging, has blossomed into a way for us to raise a little extra money for our daughters college fund. We are located just four miles from top ranked Wild Horse Golf Club, two blocks from Highway 30, one mile from Interstate 80, and three blocks from historic downtown.

Easy walking to restaurants, shopping, bars and The World Theatre. Public parking within a block of the loft. Enjoy our historic downtown. This is in an active downtown, as such please expect a certain amount of noise, especially on the weekends. Nest:Space coworking is in the same building if you need to get some work completed.

Cozy Cabin on the River

This cozy cabin is located 5 minutes from downtown Kearney. It sits on the Platte River with an incredible view of the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.
