Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed whilst the separate 2nd room offers a single day bed with rollaway trundle. Equipped with coffee machine, fridge, bathroom, wall mounted TV, Wi Fi, Netflix, split system heating/cooling, soft and luxurious furnishings including quality French bed linen. Acreage is available for equine. All pets are most welcome guests. There is a private entrance to the cottage

Bungalow

Welcome to our quiet court away from the noisy centre of Horsham city but still within a few minutes drive from the town centre. Enjoy private side access to the bungalow at the back of the main house and undercover parking ensuring complete privacy. We are situated on 5 acres and enjoy natures gift of birds, peace and tranquility. Enjoy morning walks along the river and all that Horsham has to offer. Note: We have a 5 year old lab which is outside during the day and would not be a bother.

The Rock-In Studio

The Rock-In is a self contained studio on the same property as our home. It is separated from our house by an undercover/BBQ area and has its own private entry. You will have your privacy but we are nearby if you want a chat or would like any information about the local area. The property is on the edge of the lovely Natimuk township and only a short 10min drive from Mount Arapiles/Djurite. Primarily suited for couples or individuals, but can accomodate two extra guests on a fold out couch

Camawald Cottage B&B, Coonawarra - Penola

Camawald Cottage is: * situated in the heart of the famous Coonawarra wine district * nestled in a 10 acre acclaimed garden * very private and secluded surrounded by farmland and vineyards. * idyllic peaceful views from both the front verandah and rear deck. Guests are welcome to wander around the extensive garden with its lake, magnificent old redgums and exotic trees as well as over 1000 roses. A lawn tennis court, a barbecue at the rear deck & an outside logfire are added attractions.

Natinook, Gateway to Mount Arapiles

Welcome to Natimuk and the Natinook! We have hopefully created a little oasis where you can relax and enjoy your time at our place whether it's an overnighter or a longer stay to enjoy all that on offer in the area. Our unit is quiet and comfortable and has all the amenities you might need. It's in a quiet street, and has a big garden. You will probably have a visit from Jasper our kelpie who is a 'wanna-be sheepdog' and is totally obsessed with our two chooks. Our farm is over the fence.

The Boudoir

Guests will stay in a large private studio apartment at the rear of our property. Studio is separate from our family home; it contains/includes: Queen-sized bed, Kitchenette; fridge, coffee machine, microwave, cook-top, toaster, kettle, sink. Bathroom contains a toilet, basin & shower (there are 2 steps into the shower). Single mattress available in case of an extra guest. TV, DVD player with movies, Split System A/C. No Wi-Fi. 100 meters from the Wimmera River. 1.5 km from downtown.

Handcrafted Shack, Halls Gap, Grampians (Gariwerd)

Wander through the trees to our handcrafted Shack, lovingly built from recycled materials, with breathtaking panoramic views over our regenerative farm to the mountains beyond. Inside snuggle by the wood heater, outside relax on a hand hewn red gum deck with built-in bath, outdoor shower. The outhouse provides views across the wetlands and its wildlife! Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

Come and relax in this newly built cottage that is nestled in the heart of the Grampians, enjoy a walk up the mountain then come back and relax in the spa. Enjoy a relaxing dinner cooked in a fully equipped kitchen. It's just a short walk into the town to try some of the restaurants. You even have your own BBQ on the front deck or lounge out on the rear sun deck. We also provide Netflix - Youtube and free WiFi. Private undercover car park.

Murtoa's Lakeview Accommodation.

Centrally located home in Murtoa, across the road from Lake Marma which every bedroom has views of. Directly across the road is the Murtoa caravan park, and the local sporting club which includes a Netball court, and a football/cricket oval aswell as a playground. A perfect location to bring the family and keep the kids entertained for hours. Lake Marma also offers a boat ramp for recreational use such as water skiing or fishing.
