Decking areas, outside the living space and bedroom give wonderful views of the countryside. You have sole use of the whole field with al fresco dining area,barbecue, swings,table tennis and its own hens!

The Cider Barn is in the garden of our home, surrounded by meadows with a river, 2 miles from Totnes, with its cafes, restaurants, bohemian vibes. The cottage has dedicated fibre broadband (100mb). Near Dartmoor and stunning beaches with surf. Private garden, riverside dining, 5 acres of meadows. Next door to great pub. NB We prefer week-long bookings in summer. Car strongly advised!

The accommodation includes a main lounge/sleeping space with pull-out double bed, and adjoining kitchenette eating and sun room, leading out onto a patio with table and chairs, looking onto an attractive well maintained garden. The annex accommodation includes a shower and toilet. It is a short walk to the award winning C13th Cott Inn, and Dartington Estate, with Totnes 1 mile away.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
