It's just 10 mins drive from Bala town and walking distance to the lake. Patio doors from the lounge open onto a side garden where you can enjoy BBQs, and in the enclosed garden there are views of Bala lake and mountains. There's a kingsize bed upstairs + a kingsize sofa bed downstairs to sleep four.

There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Cooking area ,with mini fridge & camping stove. Parking Private parking available, the track up to the cabin is steep. There is a parking space available at the bottom of the track (50 meters away from the cabin) or you are welcome to drive up, as there is space to park and turn around at the top of the track.
