This is a cozy little studio cottage located at the back of my property where you have complete privacy with a private entrance and a self check in. Inside the room is a king bed and a small bathroom. There is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and a Keurig machine and light snacks and water. There is not a full kitchen. My place is a 15 minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes away to the closest shopping center/movie theater. There are many walking trails and a 15 minute walk to the shopping center. (1 king bed, 1 cot). PRIVATE ENTRANCE & BATHROOM. It is a converted garage, which we turned into a studio apartment. This is suitable for 2 adults and 1 kid. 2 adults is most comfortable. LiLBetty’s Casita. No cleaning fees

No TV. A quiet simple clean space to rest. This lilmotel style/size unit has one very comfy queen bed. LiLBettys is better than any hotel/motel room but still not the ritz. Come have a stay. Everything is clean and newly remodeled. One the outside we are up grading. Landscaping is in the middle of upgrading so we have dirt and barren areas/ some materials and supplies coming and going.
