Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

Just like in a caravan or a glamping tent, you collect water from the main building, where there is also a toilet and a shower. Enjoy the sunset over the field, or settle down in one of the garden's many cosy corners. From here, it is 1½ km to the summit of Trehøje, and there are good swimming opportunities just a few kilometres to the east, west and south.

The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.
