House by the sea for rent!

Older detached house for rent. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the jetty and Nidelva in Arendal. The house has good sun conditions and a large terrace with seating area and barbecue. The house is from 1970, but recently made light renovation in the bedrooms. One bedroom has a wardrobe and a 120 cm bed, while the other bedroom also has a wardrobe and a 150 cm bed. Bedding, sheets and towels included :) The house is under major renovation, so the basement is closed off and the parking lot is not finished, but can be used. Please feel free to contact us.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Det er kort vei til buss og butikker, flotte turområder og strender/badeplasser i nærheten. Gang, kjøkken, wc og romslig stue/spisestue i først etasje. To store soverom og nyoppusset bad med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel i 2. etg. Barneseng er tilgjengelig + evt ekstra madrasser for flere gjester.

The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hobs.) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed.
