Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! With windows along most of the east side, you will almost always have a view of the Sacramento River. This is not a cookie cutter house—please read listing.

Bailey Creek runs year-round through the backyard - gather around the creekside fire pit on the large log bench, or take it all in from the 3-level deck. Sleeps 8 across a designer loft and 2,000 sq. ft. of comfortable space. Modern kitchen, Starlink, and Level 2 EV charging. Hat Creek's legendary fly-fishing is a short drive away. Burney Falls and the Northern California Waterfall Loop an hour away.

Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook.
