The cottage is intimate and cozy, close to the forest and mountain trails. It is adjacent to our house, within a convenient distance of many attractions of the Owl Mountains. There is no TV in the cottage, but there is no problem with the Internet coverage. - Upstairs: two bedrooms (one connecting), one double bed and two single beds, and a folding single chair + a place to work at the computer. - Ground floor: sofa, table with chairs, kitchen and bathroom with shower and dryer. - Parking on the property. - Storage for equipment.

There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. The Riese Underground Complex – the largest mining and construction project of Nazi Germany. Mysterious buildings, corridors and tunnels left behind by the Nazis. The underground city of Osówka is located 1.7 km from the Refuge.
