Our "Bleu Vert" gîte between the Gulf and the Ocean is located in the center of Sarzeau Bourg, shops and market 2 steps away, the Gulf trail 300 m away. The ocean beaches are 4 km away. Whether you are a couple or have two children, this new single-storey construction will certainly appeal to you. The outdoor space includes a west-facing terrace with garden furniture, all opening onto the owners' landscaped garden. The swimming pool, heated from May to September, separates the two dwellings.

You will be at the foot of the famous GR34 as well as many other walking or cycling routes. You'll see hundreds of wild birds nesting there. The house is cozy, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. You will also enjoy a private garden as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, parasol and plancha.
