Zizì's house is located in the heart of the village of Pretoro (CH), and consists of an entrance, kitchen/living room, two bedrooms (2 double beds) and a bathroom. The entire place has been recently renovated. Despite its central location in the pedestrian area, it has convenient access from the street with free parking 50 meters from the residence. It enjoys a beautiful panorama with sea views and its location is great for reaching the ski slopes of Passolanciano and Mammarosa in 15 minutes.

Stone house completely renovated by our family and located in the wonderful village of Pretoro, at the foot of the Majella. Two floors and a large garden entirely available for guests. First floor consists of equipped kitchen and living room with a very comfortable sofa (if necessary, sofa bed, 2 seats). This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
