Warm welcome to our cozy, cottage in a semi-detached house (2023) with loft and electric car charger in Bruksvallarna. It can accommodate 7+1-2 guests. Unfortunately, pets are not welcome . The house is located 200 meters from the cross-country tracks and a 7 minute walk to the grocery store, sports shop, ski stadium. Well-equipped house with floor heating, 2 bedrooms, loft, 2 sofa groups, 2 bathrooms, sauna, TV, fireplace, drying cabinet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, wifi (300 kbps). You can choose your own cleaning service with an inspection fee of an additional SEK 250, or purchase cleaning for SEK 2,200 before any RUT (tax deduction for cleaning) deductions.

Please do not charge an electric car at the cabin 🙏🏻The fuses go! There are electric car chargers ~200 meters away between restaurant Grytan and the star lift. Note: minimum 3 days, but from Christmas to Easter I only rent out for a week, Sunday to Sunday. If it's close – ask!

Charming log cabin in the heart of Funäsdalen

Stay in a newly renovated log cabin on our farm in Funäsdalen. Here, cows or horses graze next to the cottage in the summer. With 500 meters to Eriksgårdens Fjällhotell and 800 meters to Coop, there are restaurants, food and entertainment within walking distance. The cross-country ski trail passes over the plot and directly from the yard you can get out on nice snowmobile trails. The charming cottage is 24 sqm and includes a fresh hall, bathroom and large living room with kitchen, wood stove and 120 cm bed and sofa bed. Accommodation is limited to 2 people.

The cottage has a bedroom with a 160 cm bed from wall to wall. Fresh bathroom and combined kitchen and living room. There is also a Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. The cottage is equipped with fiber and WiFi. A large staircase leads you up to a cozy loft with a lower ceiling height for one more person. The bed is 90 cm. Please note that bed linen, towels, hygiene items and toilet and kitchen paper are not provided in the cottage. The same applies to dishware. Departure cleaning: The guest cleans himself according to the cleaning list found in the cottage.

Close to hiking trails/snowmobile trails and cross-country tracks as well as the slalom slope in Ramundberget about 8 km from the cabin. There is also a ski stadium where you can go roller skiing in the summer. Then there is also #strapatserab who can arrange paddling, climbing and guiding etc. Food store ICA Stig Myrhs is 1 km from the cottage. There is also a gas station. A good place that I would like to recommend to you is #fjällbäckenlodge to have a lunch/coffee/dinner above me about 500 meters walking distance from the cottage.

At the foot of Funäsdalsberget in Kåvan's cottage area, you will find this spacious and modern mountain cottage overlooking the mountain's mighty steep sections. 170 sqm divided into 4 bedrooms, spacious hall, two bathrooms and large social areas mean that 2-3 families will enjoy themselves here. With 80 meters to bicycle, cross-country and snowmobile trails, 100 meters to Ljusnan and 1.3 km to the nearest lift, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The house is centrally located between a handful of different lift facilities.

Ljusnan, where you can take a refreshing dip, is about 200 metres from the apartment.
