Holiday house 35m2, wooden, single-family (up to 5 people) located in a quiet village on the outskirts. Good access to the sea - approx. 10 minutes to the beach (e.g. Pogorzelica, Niechorze, Rewal). Comfortable and comfortably equipped: living room (2), bedroom (2), mezzanine 16 m2 (as an additional bedroom for 2), kitchen, bathroom. Large terrace with canopy. Terrace furniture, tv, wi-fi, parking. Only two cottages on the premises. Common recreational area, i.e. playground, hammocks, sandpit. Around the green, peace and quiet.

In 300m you can reach the wide and clean beach via the small promenade. In addition, the nearby forest invites you for long walks. Beautiful cottage in Benz on Usedom. Perfect place to spend holidays in peace. Benz is 5 km from the Baltic Sea and easy to reach by bike /car or on foot. The cottage is the last in a row of 7 cottages, which is located on the edge of the forest. Fantastic sunrises included. The complete renovation/modernization was completed in July 2022 and the house has been available for rent all year round.

Comfortable, 2-room, well-equipped apartment on the second floor with a terrace, side sea view and parking space in the underground garage. It is located directly at the descent to the beach. The apartment is tasteful and cozy, bright, clean - always thoroughly cleaned after guests stay. Always equipped with fresh linens, a set of towels, toiletries, mineral water for our guests.
