Furnished studio

Le studio meublé comprend 1 chambre équipée d'un lit 2 places, 1 salle d'eau (douche, lavabo, WC) et 1 pièce à vivre. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Le studio est entièrement équipé (four électrique, micro-ondes, cuisinière à gaz, réfrigérateur/congélateur 2 portes, nécessaire de cuisine, TV). Possibilité personne supplémentaire avec chambre indépendante (lit 1 place) Chauffage : poêle à granulés + radiateurs électriques. Les charges (eau, électricité, gaz et ménage) sont comprises.

Lover of the countryside, come and discover this recently renovated stone family house, located in a quiet and peaceful hamlet at an altitude of 950 m, on the borders of the Loire, Haute Loire and Puy de Dôme departments. The rural village of Usson-en-Forez is 3 km away and has all the essential shops as well as a cinema. A weekly market is held every Sunday morning. To discover: its eco-museum, its tourist train, its lake and its hiking and mountain biking trails.

Experience a unique stay in the last housing unit designed by Le Corbusier (1965-67) on the largest site in Europe imagined by the architect, which includes a House of Culture (UNESCO classified), a stadium and a church. The apartment (95 m2), ideal for a family, renovated in the colors of Le Corbusier, incorporates characteristic elements of the time. A perfect base to discover the region: Saint-Etienne (10 min), Puy-en-Velay (45 min) and Lyon (1 hr).

The gîte is located in the countryside in a quiet and peaceful hamlet. It is adjoining the owners' house. It has a separate entrance with balcony. You will be close to shops and various services. The cottage is fully equipped for 4 people: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed, bathroom and equipped kitchen. Bed and bath linens are not provided. During the winter period, a supplement of €5 per day for heating will be requested upon arrival.
