The bungalow with a 70s decor is on the outskirts of a quiet small-scale park, 1.5 km from the sea. The bedroom has an electrically adjustable bed (2x80), and the living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom (with shower) have been completely renovated. The bungalow is 60 m2 and has a very spacious garden. Your dog is also welcome. 100 meters from the park is the small but beautiful nature reserve Wildrijk, which is known for the thousands of wild hyacinths that bloom there in April/May. The blooming tulip fields also color the wide surroundings. The parking lot is located at the beginning of the park. The park itself is car-free. In the parking lot, there are luggage carts to transport your belongings to the cottage. Sint Maartensvlotbrug is located on the North Holland coast between Callantsoog and Petten. It is a very good cycling and hiking area. The Schoorlse dunes are 10 kilometers to the south and Den Helder 20 kilometers to the north. In the dunes between Sint Maartenszee and Callantsoog is the special Zwanenwater with its spoonbills. The bicycles that are there can be used. On just a stone’s throw from the beach, you will find this wonderful apartment. You can walk to the beach in about 8 minutes via paths through the dunes. Nice cities like Alkmaar and Schagen are shortby. The beautiful biking paths of the dunes of Schoorl and Bergen are reachable by bike. We moved into this new home in the spring of 2025, and opened the Airbnb in June 2025. There are plenty of towels and bed linnen for you to use.
