Inside you will find a cozy interior with comfortable sleeping, views of the countryside and a small kitchenette for preparing simple meals. Outside you can enjoy sitting by the fire, listening to birds singing or just soaking your feet in the pure stream water.

A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

The Lodge - Reidlingdorf

The lodge is a great place to relax with family and friends. Simply escape everyday life and enjoy. A paradise for children - nature, forest, open space - to let off steam. No neighbors who are disturbed by children laughing. Also excellent for relaxing with friends. The lodge is located at about 600 m with views over the Mostviertel. Enjoy a good book and a cup of tea at the large panoramic window overlooking the countryside. A deer may also come by.

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look out over the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan run. You will find cosy sleeping areas upstairs. Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. However, there are also many other possibilities in the nearby region. Hiking or shopping is possible nearby. From April to October, a restaurant and museum in the annex can be visited in the afternoon or evening on weekends or public holidays. Cultural events such as musical theater, exhibitions and museums as well as city tours are a 15-minute drive away.
