Charming little house located by an old four-winged farm in Uggerby. Uggerby is a small town close to the beach and forest. There are plenty of opportunities for cycling and hiking. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis, where the horses walk out in the field and the 3 free-range chickens stop by. The house is small, but well utilized. In the house, there is a bedroom, small entrance, kitchen-living room with all equipment, bathroom and loft. In addition, there is a private terrace and a covered terrace.

The 55 square meters are tastefully decorated, with a spacious bedroom, an atmospheric living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower. Relax and enjoy the summer in this beautiful cottage. The house is located on a scenic ground (2400 squeare meters ) from which you can glimpse the sea and enjoy the sunset. The house is located very close to the dunes (2nd row). The walk to the beach is only about 15 min mostly through the dunes. If you prefer it is also possible to take the car and drive on the beach.
