Modern semi-detached house of 130 square meters on 2 floors with its own undisturbed garden near the city. Terraces in all directions, right next to a common with playground and very close to nature reserve with illuminated trails, mountain bike trails and outdoor gym. 150 meters to the bus stop that takes you to Sundbyberg center or subway to Stockholm Central. 100 meters to the nearest restaurants, cafes and local life. 5 km to Westfield (Mall of Scandinavia), the largest shopping center in the Nordic countries and about 1 km to large grocery stores.

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A property with a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing outside the house, which has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. Nature reserves for walking and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our jetty can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally-located home. One room with cooking facilities, fridge, kettle, microwave and utensils. Bed 120 cm wide. Bed linen for two. Walking distance to STRAWBERRY ARENA. Shower and toilet just inside the front door to the main building about 10 meters. We have sun and between 18 and 25 degrees now for a few weeks ahead. Close to shops and subway directly into Stockholm city center. Recreational area, running track 5-minute walk.

Charming apartment in a nice old house

Nice and newly renovated apartment for one or two people in the middle of central Solna. The house, which consists of three apartments, was built in 1929 and is located in a nice garden with lots of flowers during spring and summer. Close to the commuter train station and 2 stops to Stockholm City. Grocery store and restaurants are in the neighborhood and it is walking distance to Mall Of Scandinavia and Friends Arena. Experience a green oasis in an urban environment!

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
